I never had trouble with the MGO download but it was the whole Konomi ID that killed my urge to play MGO.
I thought FM3 was the "Definitive Racing Game" and wouldn't need a sequel? Wait thats right to many flaws they couldn't fix it with updates(charging people of course) they decided to cancel the Jalopnik pack and are just adding it into FM4 to garden sales.
Last Year around this time they announced the removal of OtherOS and everything thought it was a prank yet here we are a Year later and Sony has lawsuits against them over bait and switching the consumer.
Only trouble with those is input lag and depending on the quality of XCM(Personal Experience) The usually have quite a bit of it.

Alright and if you are going to go with the well people thought this how come a lot of people have bought new 360s due to the shoddy hardware? You can not deny that there has been many people rebuying 360s.
May be in the US only but outside of there PS3 is the selling console of choice.
As I said previously to someone New consoles =/= innovation in games.
Its games like Call of Duty and Madden(that release every Year) are what tell Developers they don't need to innovate.
When you have games like Heavy Rain and LittleBigPlanet that show innovation and are rewarded with it but are shunned by the media cause of their platform then you have a bad situation.
What do you get other then something that might not get RROD? A console that is still old technology.
With the amount of broken 360s in the past and still happening it is repeat buyers.
With a Year to a year and a half head start in most places the 360 better be able to remain ahead of the PS3 unless something is wrong.
