Xcom is an awesome game. This game looks great and is probably day one for me. I hope positive sales of this inspires the xcom team to make one for the Switch.

The PS4 controller isn't bad, but I will wait until it has xbox one controller support. Plus the PS4 controller dies too quick and doesn't accept batteries. I wonder if you can connect multiple controllers with one converter.
