I don't like how there are so many HD remakes, a few essential ones would be one thing, but let's not slap these things together and put them out just to make a quick buck.
Things would just be so much easier if everything were backwards compatible like they were originally supposed to be.
The good news is, I have high hopes that next generation should have full BC with full Achievements. So there will not be a need for remakes.

Great deals all around, no excuse not to buy a new console at these prices, no matter what your preference. I've always owned every console every generation, there are no exclusives that I cant play. Even if you aren't going to play something a ton, give it a chance.

It's nothing to do with it being "Sony". I own plenty of Sony products. I have been interested in this for a while, also there are two SKU's and one is $300 by itself, not saying people are forced to buy that one but it is there.
I just think spending $350-$450 on portable gaming in one outing is too pricy for me personally, but if you can swing it, more power to you..
Good lawd that's a lot of money.....I wish I had the money of some of the people on this site, your looking at north of $400 for the handheld, a game and some memory. Way too much IMHO.

Duke Nukem Forever isn't horrible. I actually did buy a couple of copies on Black Friday to give as gifts, or at the least stocking stuffers. At $10 apiece how can you go wrong? I'm not saying it was a great game, but it definitely wasn't as terrible as Haze or anything like that.

That is what happens when you get your account phished, definitely not "hacked". The term hacked has absolutely been so overused lately.
Also, don't make your password something ridiculously easy.
I admit I didn't like Killzone 2, but I haven't played the 3rd one and I don't have a 3-D television, but as a rule I usually avoid 3-D movies and games.
It's just not my thing, the Killzone thing is simply my opinion but I found Killzone 2 to be boring and the characters pretty generic. The movements were also way to weighted for my likes, even with the sensitivity turned up.
I didn't finish the game, but I got 8 or so maps into the game,...
MW3 also got the better reviews. Review numbers and sales are quite an indication of quality, not to mention that COD is seeing an increase on it's year over year, it's obvious the fans are happy with it.
This was more of a letdown then the COD vs Medal Of Honor showdown last year or the MW2 vs Bad Company 2 slaughter of two years ago.
Hasn't happened yet, but I would expect people that actually carry and would possibly use a gun to be a coward at heart.

People like to slap 3-D on mediocre offerings and they expect the people to be fooled by it's lack of quality.
How the hell could they? I think they are totally different sets of people. I don't even use mobile gaming of any sort, I couldn't tell you what an Angry Bird is, except that I have heard it's a stupid mobile game.
Consoles and even handhelds are safe, this comparison is off basis to begin with and I think it'd be like saying because Farmville has hundreds of millions of people on it the AAA titles on consoles are in danger...get outta here!
Kinect Star Wars is a bit surprising, I must admit I have it preordered as well, I mean come on, it's freaking Star Wars! Also Halo 4 is probably going to get between 3/4 million in preorders alone.
The amazing Halo CEA game got everyone even more excited about the next chapter of Master Chief.

Well you gotta love the news, anything to make gaming look worse. Out of the millions of stores and Black Friday sales, there were a handful of incidents. Not too bad if you ask me.
It is reasons like this however that when I camped out for a Wii when it launched, I escorted an elderly couple to their car to make sure nobody tried to steal their console. Who's going to mess with a 6'5" 300 pound man? exactly.
That's not too bad actually, such a small place and all. I figured it'd be much worse, I mean you see stories coming out of that place about them selling 5 PSPGo's in a month, and you always see articles about how bad Microsoft does there.
Respectable if you ask me, though I could really care less about numbers or Japan.
