All you do in the single-player is killing everything that moves in maze like stages and get into the next level. Even a 7/10 is a bit generous to me considering what many other games offer that this one doesn't even come close to.
The game's not trash tho. The challenge and art alone makes it worth playing. Especially if you're into old-school games, which most did not have much going for it other than the challenge and slight variations of stages. This is like...
They probably get more clicks from the fanboys battling it out in the comment section, the clicks of the curious people and then more clicks when the review's actually out.
These reviews in progress annoy the fk out of me tho.
LoL is the most popular and most played game on PC and it has the biggest e-sports scene ever. And when I say big I mean big like top players making between $500k to a million of dollars a year just by being good at a video game.
It's not like in games like GTA, Fallout or Skyrim you can jump straight to the end, do whatever and beat the game. You still have to follow an order, met some conditions and go from point A to B.
Most of the time, if not always, the progression in open-world games it's actually very repetitive and boring tho. Because in order to allow you some freedom what they tend to do it's give you a list of quests that as you go beating them new more difficult ones appear...
lol so many tags XD
I wonder if there'll ever be a Jrpg with turn based combat but no screen transition like Chrono Trigger did so many years ago.
because they are fanboys?
Makes no sense. The console Japanese market is dead compared to the West's.
I don't think your suggestion would make a difference because:
1. DQ series sells millions in Japan on name alone, so putting more money toward it is pointless
2. DQ is anime, so it'll always be niche on the West no matter the production values
Wine gets better with time but games don't because technology gets better when it advances not when it stays stagnant. So enjoyment of old games come to 2 variables: 1. nostalgia 2. interest of knowing the past.
Why is it that people just can't accept opinions for what they are and get so mad over it like it mattered? And then with your rage you end up helping the websites to get what they want. The clicks.
man too bad we have to wait for this game to be localized till next year while Japan is getting it this year. ;____;
the mp made the game .2 better which made the score to go from 8.8 to a 9. lol
Especially when the current metric is like: 7 = good, 8 = great, 10 = masterpiece and 1-6 = garbage.
Reviewers are basically using only 3-4 numbers out of the scale of 10 to score games, which mean that using decimals is absolutely idiotic and unnecessary. But they most likely do it because people have already been conditioned to this kind of bloated scoring. Just look at the reaction of people for an 8.8 on the "review in progress" of UC4. The comment section at ...
one thing it's for sure. It's can't be more expensive or else it won't go where.
meh. Doesn't look that great to me.
Are her boobies fake? Because they look too perfect but in a good way.
3D is just not for me but I don't mind anime. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
This game has some incredibly attractive character design obviously inspired by anime. Too bad is just a dumb shooter tho.
I don't know but I feel this will be Nintendo's last attempt at the console business.
