All the other games had more tracks than GT Sport. It had 35 tracks from 17 locations.
Forza Motorsport 7 had 30 locations alone, so it obviously had more tracks than 35.

I'm not defending SoT's barebones release, it was really lacking. But you are definitely defending GT Sport...

Sea of Thieves comes to mind. We've seen a new region with over 15 new islands and climate system. New enemy types like megladons and skeleton ships. A story campaign. A new ship type. New factions. New pvp mode. New gamplay features like fishing, cooking and harpooning.
All free.
One could argue that they should have shipped with the game (pun intended) but the same can be said about GT Sport and its barebones release.
