Please oh please bring fair pricing back to the CPU market. Granted computer hardware is a cheap and powerful as ever, but if hardware can be sold at a cheaper price point, but isn't due to lack of competition, then it's still amazing.
Strategic enough to make me wanna invest in my own ROM dumping hardware.
Most if not all games this generation requires a certain amount of HDD space. AAA titles seem to take up the most space with HDD space requirements going all the way to 60GB needed and games also get made now a days on consoles with a firmware requirement. This requirement has nothing to do with functionality, but rather patching exploits hackers find since non of the big three wants people on an exploitable firmware. These two things in my opinion has made consoles more complex than pre-inte...
That's technically an all in one computer, not a conventional desktop. Also I made a mistake in my op, I meant to say desktop.
Where does that link lead to?
Oops, meant to say desktop.
No they don't. They make software for PCs.
Why do people still have 90s logic that gaming PCs still cost $2000 to get 10FPS in a game? Also, handheld and laptops are two things that's kinda hard to make modular so I don't think they should die, but making an open source solution would be nice.
I know I would get a lot of biased opinions on this console fanboy site and misinformation.
Neat, but at this point, why not just make PC's Microsoft?
We're kinda on the same side, but I think consoles in general should just die and the big three should just setup their own online stores for PC. MS already has a head start there, but the point of saying this to you is what do you think?
A AAA company downgrading graphical options. What a surprise... /sarcasm
I bet they'll just repeat history again.
There's plenty of sound reasoning though that can go against rampant piracy and the effect it has on a system. I personally believe that if someone likes a game enough they did illegally download they'll buy it eventually or other cases where it's someone who can't buy video games at all. It's still wrong of course, but the two things I mentions of course means that piracy doesn't harm consoles as much as zealous fanboys and the companies lead us to believe.
...
Good.
PC already has a great Mario and Harvest Moon like game, now for Zelda and hopefully Pokemon someday!
Anyone trying to accuse me of being apart of Foxtrot's "gang" should look at my comment history. I not a console fanboy of any kind and wouldn't be at all torn if consoles were to die tomorrow.
@SpeedDemon
No offence, but I think you're a little too emotionally invested into Nintendo.
Watch a video testing the consoles durability. Plastic screen on a $300 device? Really?
Isn't the Switch having issues running BotW right now?
Analog for 3D movement and mouse for precision. A setup like that makes a lot of difference in say GTA games where you do a lot of moving and shooting or I guess any FPS game really.
