The PS3 doesn't need anyone to explain why it sucks. Everyone except for fanboys on internet sites know it sucks. Thats why most people didn't buy a PS3. The only people besides loyalists who bought the PS3 are people with the money to spare. I don't think that's the marketshare Sony was looking for.
They depleted their blind lemming supply within a couple weeks of the PS3's release.

True that. But we can still see PS3's sitting on store shelves, and this is enough for us to assume that they aren't where they predicted they'd be.

I really doubt Halo 3 will have much impact in Japan. Everyone knows they don't really like American-type games such as FPS's. They are interested in what Americans think are crazy and weird. Although time will tell, and you can never underestimate Halo. It is a nasty mistake that a lot of Sony fans are making. Halo will destroy all sales before it. It doesn't even matter about graphics. People want to play that game on XBL so so so bad.
