Titanfall is an online only game, which mean you have to connect to the net everytime you play so it will still be benefit from the power of the cloud. Nothing is going to change that much really for how the cloud is going to be used to be honest.
Forget the spec for a moment, for me it is all about the games.
I would have gone with a PS4 but they don't have anything exclusive that make me want to buy the system in the first year. I saw Forza 5, Killer Instict, Titanfall, DR3 on Xbox One and I was willing to get a Xbox One even when it had these DRM restrictions. Now that that restriction is gone, it is really a no brainer for me to go with a Xbox One first. That is just me though.
Oh please, it is a one time activation. Bring the console to a buddy house that have internet, park your car near Star buck, done. Stop adding fire to something as insignificant as this.
Man, the system won't be released for another 5 months, it is in zero homes at the moment, so it is fixed now, what does that matter?
Are you saying if Sony would announce that they are dropping the PS+ requirement for online play today, you will not forgive them because they already destroyed the trust of those gamers that arn't happy with the plan when it was announced?
MS can of course never win on N4G, there are always something to whine about eve...
Godmars, why would they need to rewrite 3 OSs to fix the DRM? It makes no freaking sense. MS are a software company and it shouldn't be that difficult to change a simple function like online check. Everything from you is negative, go check out some previews of Killzone 4 and Drive Club on PS4, have a coke, and smile for once and stay away from the MS news for a change.
@MassEffect23,
So what is wrong with Foxgod being a fanboy and supporting a system and brand he is passionate about. Doesn't Sony fanboys on N4G do this 100% of the time?
It is never too late. I am so happy now. I can't wait to play Forza 5 and Killer Instinct....anywhere, in a submarine, hold on to my Gamefly game rental plan, and sell them onCraiglist when I am through with them. Good job MS.
For those that have connection issue to the official xbox site, here are the changes, the irony is that it was written by Don Mattrick.

Last week at E3, the excitement, creativity and future of our industry was on display for a global audience.
For us, the future comes in the form of Xbox One, a system designed to be the best place to play games this...
I think there must be an initial agreement between publishers and MS and Sony on the DRM matter. I think both of these consoles were to have similar DRM plan at the very beginning. I think when Sony backed out at the last minute after seeing that backlashed MS was taking from everyone, MS is stuck tin no-man lands and getting destroyed in polls and message boards. It took MS a couple week to rethink it and go over it with publishers and they decided it is best to follow Sony lead. I think tha...
OMG is true, the xbox one page regarding DRM digital licensing is no longer available. It was up like 2 hours ago when I was linking it to a post.

WOW, dang! Was looking forward to digital game sharing with friends but I guess this will work out better for their PR.
Great to hear. I wasn't bother with the restriction in the first place but glad MS listen to feedback and make the adjustment just in time to go head to head at launch with the competition, if true. If this is true, everyone wins.
Link to Steam sharing plan and no online check required please. Right, there is none. Stop making things up.
@LoveOfTheGame,
I saw that article myself but I was referring to the no DRM check for online sharing on steam. There is no reference to that and it seems impossible to do without some kind of online check.
"Give your family access to your ENTIRE games library anytime, anywhere"
Which part of the "entire games library anytime, anywhere" did you not comprehend?
MS bought Windows and DOS? Please do a little research before making yourself look silly.
No_Limit+DRM= The solution to Sharing games, from my next door neighbor to my friend 3000 miles away on any Xbox1 console.
Next math problem please!
How is a once a day online verification check considered "always online?" Secondly, there is a simple solution to Kinect "spying on you" if people are so paranoid. After finish playing, turn the system off as in power off. When you want to play again, power the system on. Been doing that for years on my x360.
Stop spreading BS. On the Xbox official statement page pertaining to game license, only selling of used games and gifting are reported to be up to the publishers. Digital game sharing is not one of them. LOL, did you just made the quote up without any source? smh

-Give your family access to your entire games library anytime, anywhere: Xbox One will enable new forms of access...
Because your statement adds nothing to the topic. This is about the positive and confirmation of the family share plan and that is why a mandatory daily check is require in order for digital sharing to happen.
your statement "the 24 hr Internet authentication. I just can't bring my self to pay $500 for something that essentially turns into a very expensive brick if my Internet goes down." sounds like trolling more than anything.
LOL, are you trying to put the readers attention away from the 30fps topic now? I want to know more about Killzone's performance and not about the DS4. :/
Xbox One definitely have a better Lineup.
