@Cam977, "I think the XBONE controller looks really ugly whereas the PS4 one looks sleek and comfortable."
LOL, trolling at its finest. Well done sir.
Unfortunately, games reviews and stories about developers talking about making games don't get much attention, especially here on N4G, unless it is flamebait reviews like Halo 4 getting a 1/5 or The Last of Us getting a 8 from Gamespot.
Big headlines and outrages claims is what people are attracted to these days, unfortunately.
I am also planning to get a PS4 next year when the franchises like Uncharted, God of War, Gran Turismo and other great exclusives get release. I have no allegiance to any system, just PS4 don't have the exclusives that I want to play in the beginning. If a Metroid, Zelda and a sequel to Xenoblade Chronicles are on Wii U, I'll get that system to.
Exclusives is still relevant. If Xbox1 didn't have the exclusives that I want to play like Forza, killer Instinct, Titanfall, Dead Rising, Ryse, Project Spark and Quantum Break in the beginning, I would of no doubt went with the PS4. It was a smart move in MS part to get these games out in the beginning.
I fifth this. Can't use fourth as it was already trademarked and used to death here on N4G.
A Halo with 60fps and 1080p? Time to get excited! Titanfall and Halo on dedicated servers will keep me busy for a while.
Also, they also said they can bring the family sharing plan back as well later on for digital game purchase. I am getting all my games digital first just in case the plan returns.
You Sony fanatics are trying too hard. Give it a rest, it was already debunked. Wouldn't surprise me if the poster of the original story was one of you clowns here on N4G to begin with.
Looks great. The smartglass and Kinect intergration sounds awesome. The amount of zombies on screen is absolutely insane! My most exciting game at launch for Xbox1. A darker take on Dead Rising is kind of like the new Superman movie to the old Christopher Reed films. Both are unmistakenly Superman, but with different settings and atmosphere to keep a franchise from getting too fatigue. I like the fresh take.
@WeAreLegion
" He sees "Xbox" and clings to it, no matter what."
Like the same way you clings on to "Sony" no matter what. Hypocrite much?
Don't compare the two. Sega Saturn had no third party support and Sega did not have the money to secured exclusives and advertise their product. Silly comparison.
I felt the same way as the author. I will get a PS4 probably next Fall but all the games that are exciting to me like Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, and Titanfall are all on Xbox1. The DRM issue almost made me get a PS4 but thank god MS abandoned that a couple days ago. I feel real good about the Xbox 1 now.
k. got it.
So true, I bet you if somehow a remake of Superman 64 HD gets ported to PS4 as an exclusive, everybody on N4G would be raving about how great it is. LMFAO
The more I see the Mechs, the wall running and jumping, jetpacking, landing on a Titan's head and shooting its brain out, the speed and even bringing down a Spaceship, this has potential to be the next big thing like Modern Warfare 1/2 before it. Can't wait for this game.
I am getting my first wave of titles on Xbox1 digital first just in case the family plan returns.
LOL, a site named gamenTRAIN writing about a piece about back on track. How ironic.
It is in Florida. I demand a recount!
Al Gore approved of this message.
He just want to verify and send out a public service announcement to the rest of the Sony gangs on N4G so none of them have to call 20 stores in their respective area to verify that the PS4 is indeed safe.
Agreed man, Bubble up to you. Buy what you want and enjoy and stop with the American idol video game contest already. Both machines will sell out this holiday and both will continue to have great games made for it.
