if i was to break it down:
Good:
Battle system- one of my favorite in the series.
world/mythos- not so much the way the story is told, but still an interesting concept.
characters- i know most didn't like them, but i didn't dislike any of them.
Bad:
story telling- the story never flowed for me. became really boring at parts and dragged on. think a bunch of stuff was put in so SE could say it takes 45 ...
do you hear that sound? that is the sound of 35 billion people face palming. yes, your statement was such a failure of epic proportion that it broke the entire space time continuum. people from all different time and places are holding their hand over their faces for a reason they don't truly understand, but they realize its epic.
yeah its pretty boring, but yet strangely fun. at least if you've ever wanted to be an astronaut on the moon.
i like the the GO in concept, but hate it in cost.
same with me. i had a PSP i fixed forever ago, but then dropped it and gave it away. been wanting it ever since. now i have just convinced myself PSP2 is right around the corner, and i should wait.
i tried it out with the free year subscription. for the most part it works, but i had noticeable lag here and there. the ability to Demo games for 30 minutes is really cool.
still i have lots of problems with Onlive.
1. you can't use wireless connection. i think laptop users coulod be Onlives biggest market, but no wireless kind of ruins it.
2.pricing for Onlive. i have the first year free so thats cool. the problem is after the year is up. dont want to pa...
or used Wine.
dont own a 360 but some how i have played ME and ME2. how the hell did i do that?
not true king. look at the L4D 2 and MW2 petitions. the hardcore signed them, and turned around and bough them.
or maybe what they have shown of EAs MMA hasn't been that good. i have no idea how well the game will turn out, but everything they have has lefty me unimpressed.
not really into trophys so i don't know what that took to get, but didn't you have to at least shoot computers or something. sure i would guess you could finish the game with out shooting, but the way it was design was obviously designed to shoot.
i was more shocked with Galaxy 2 selling under a million. i thought Mario equaled a guaranty million first week sales on the Wii. maybe Nintendo should of shipped it with a lame Yoshi controller peripheral.
they added a lot more than that to the fighting mechanics. from what you listed to the cage play, better standing grappling, improved(slightly) ground game, and a lot more moves in total.
the problem i had was with the rest of the game. everything else was the same or worse from 09. i still have been able to only get 1 online rank fight, and the whole fight was laggy as hell. THQ should really go EAs route and release a new one every other year, or when they actually can mak...
is there still a shortage? i knew there was for a while, but i haven't really paid attention recently. if true Sony needs to get off their asses and make more already.
because i have am interest in video game industry as a whole. sales is part of this, and i find it interesting looking at current trends in the industry.
AAA has nothing to do with quality or sales of a game. when a game is AAA its just how much money the Publisher is backing the game with. that is including development and advertising cost.
a lot of video games could be good if done right. the problem is its never done right.
good until the end where it became a shooter.
im ok with that considering Deus Ex 3 is coming. maybe a Legacy of Kain or Soul Reaver game?
like all the disagrees with no counter points.
