No, graphics involve a lot more than "artstyle"
You have particle effects, lighting, physical effects like explosions, skybox, textures and so on.
Again, artstyle are not the same. Especially since a engine doesn't dictate what the game looks like.
Cellshaded games can look old or dated but if you increase how sharp it looks it will look better.
Good example is boarderlands.
They can't force it to stop, Mods are allowed, Someone will release a version, especially since DayZ is a free code they can't stop it.
I just wish I didn't need 3 titans to get the game maxed out.
Because game companies don't actually listen to gamers.

How ever, yesterday they announced Infinity, which is pretty much assault horizon 2, the game no one wants.

This was great news when I found out the other day.
Sadly though I'm very much thinking about just getting rid of my cf 6870 and just dropping a but load of money on a high end card.
Played a bit of the game, was fun, but I found it frustrating that I could go online with a group of people, get to level 18, turn around, not play until the next night and just from them playing for 2 hours they were 30 levels ahead of me.
From then on I couldn't catch up no matter how hard I tried.

Did this person even play the game? bottom right corner, mini-map shows you right were everyone is near you.
I'm not even seeing a reason the game should get a 6.5 from this site.

The ouya store isn't the android market.
The thing is a tablet can play all .apk files, not just some of them like the ouya does.
Seems PC gaming does just fine, So well in fact I just bought 7 games for less than $20 yesterday.

Ummm its the same thing for the ouya, however we have a thing called touch profiles, you designate a area on the screen and select the button, BAM controller support. I use my ps3 controller for real racing 3 too.

Winter thats not a bad thing, I love both sim and arcade racers, If you happen to have a PC pick up FUEL, its a great game, really under rated.
Except those are offline games, and once they end, they end.
MMO's tend to have a story that flows for a long time, FF11, literally has 11 years of story behind it.
And after putting nearly 100 hours into the beta myself, the story in 14 plays just like it does in a regular FF, down to the cutscenes.
