I disagree heavily. Shadow complex, limbo and trials HD seem to have higher production values than most of the retail games available. Besides why not be excited for xbla games, some of the most creative, artistic and fun original games can be found on XBLA for a much lower price than games get sold in retail.

NO the charm of HALO CE is splitscreen multiplayer and LAN parties and that's how it should stay. Besides it wouldn't make sense for them to split the community that early after the release of a main halo game (Reach, which is absolutely brilliant online), releasing 7 CE maps for reach was the best thing they could have done here.
And to think people were bashing UE3 in another news story for being outdated.

I always try to buy new IP games. The latest games I've bought are vanquish, bayonetta, enslaved, demon's souls, alan wake and i'm planning on getting la noire as well. I'm also constantly looking at new games on live arcade. It's a shame most people forget these games even exist and only talk about the latest COD game.
Don't have a pc and really see no point in getting one since I own a laptop. And playing these kinds of games on a laptop is not really an option. Besides I like playing games without much hassle, so i'll stick to my consoles. Mods are fun for 5 minutes, but don't offer any extra value to me.
