In that case I'm still right. Extraordinary wouldn't be the word because this isn't a one time loss. It is a continued loss that is slowly getting better and better.
Naturally you don't want to see a $5 million loss but I wouldn't say "extraordinary". They're slowly getting back on track, they'll be ok.
They didn't knock it out the park with there first attempt but it is an enjoyable game and a good base to improve from if they decide to give it another shot. It has a lot of potential.
I remember seeing an interview with Ken Levine where he said if he would of came to a publisher with Bioshock 3 years later than he did he thinks they would have said no. If it's not the usual then a lot of these big publishers won't even touch it. It's sad for gaming. People are so focused on what they know makes money that they forget about creativity. I wonder how many great games we've missed out on because they wouldn't have made enough money.

Since this has come out I've wondered if it's possible for the PS4 CPU to up clock at all? I'm gonna have to do some research on this.
They have stated a number of times that the free games and discounted games will continue. You can Google it if you don't believe me.
Possibly things to still be announced. What we know we get with the PS4 or XB1 is still not final, I'm sure there is stuff to still be announced. Can't wait for launch day!

I can't tell you how excited I am for the GDDR5 RAM. My gaming PC only has 3 gigs of GDDR5 and I've yet to play a game that requires it all. So the 5-6 that we will get on the PS4 will be absolutely amazing; especially a few years down the road.
I'm not saying that the PS4 wont have improved online or that it does not look good. I'm just pointing out that as of now Microsoft does in fact have more servers than Sony. I don't believe the 300,000 number nor do I think it will be a huge advantage but I believe it will make for better matchmaking and less lag. Sony is improving their online functionality very quickly and within the next few years I think they will be on an even playing field.
I hope that once PS4's Gaikai is up and running we will be able to enjoy the full PS1, PS2 and PS3 libraries on our PS4's. It is a great idea they have with Gaikai I just hope it works that way eliminating the need for backwards compatibility. Only time will tell though.
@software_lover everything costs, but it would be a convenient feature and also great for those that got rid of their past consoles.
@georgeenoob I believe that Sony will have better first party exclusives not only because of last gen but the studios that Sony owns. They have better studios than Microsoft and I'm pretty sure that's a fact more so than a matter of opinion.
Do I think they will? Yes, I do think the Kinect will be used to spy on people. Is there proof that it will be used to spy on people? No, only speculation. It is no secret that the Government has been spying on people. Does this mean you won't buy a laptop with a camera or microphone? Will you not buy a smartphone? It's a consumer choice to be made by an individual and I for one don't care what people choose or for what reason they choose it.
There is no solid proof to back that statement being true or false. I can say that Microsoft, Google, Apple and etc are trying to get the NSA to reveal their spy programs that are used on the public. So the top 40 preordered games in the US include 275,225 pieces of software for the PS4 and 75,133 pieces of software for the X1. On systems that digital downloads will be available for both day one I think this says a lot. If the X1 cant take an early US lead it's gonna be bad news.
