I don't think I made the statement that it was. I could point out that there is a lot of known developers to come out and say the PS4 is better though. I've yet to see a developer that doesn't work for MS say the X1 is better. I honestly could care less what's more powerful. I know why I'll be buying a PS4 first and getting an X1 later on too.
It's funny how 80% of the time I hear that "developers are loving the X1" it's someone from Microsoft saying it. HTML5 support is dope though I guess.
TLOU for game of the year. A story that good with game play mechanics and graphics to match doesn't come along as much as it should.
They rely on Halo for everything.
Fun fact: Sony makes the screens for Samsung, Sharp and Vizio. Also Sony is a way more reliable brand, I've never had an issue with a Sony TV.
Forza 5 on next gen still using static rendered backgrounds. Cars look great but the environment is nothing to write home about.
Honestly the PS4 box looks more appealing because it's smaller and I keep all my console boxes. Who cares though lol if the box affects any part of your decision to buy a console then you have a problem.
This makes no sense to me. You're selling out of pre-orders but you will be able to find it in stores day one? Let's just call it what it is. Pre-orders aren't as strong as they would like. Doesn't mean the console is doomed, no need to try and twist it around MS.
Consoles will take a few years to max out, I don't think we'll see the best of either for a while.
Honestly it doesn't matter when the PS4 launches in Europe. It's Playstations main market and that's not gonna change. The PS3 was a year behind in Europe and it's sold more than the 360 there. And a week difference won't make a difference in the US, value will.

This sounds like something that would be amazing with racing games. combined with the wheel it would be like looking around a track while driving.
@AO1jmm @Kewlkat007 The first 2 Halo's were very innovative and after that it just feels like the same game over and over again, they might as well just make one Halo or CoD game and keep DLC coming because honestly they don't feel like new games anymore. As of now I enjoy Battlefield because it seems like the only franchise keen on trying something new every game. They don't just slightly upgrade graphics and add a new kill streak.
The PS3 supported 7 controllers and it was usless because you couldn't hook up to 2 tv's. So unless the X1 can hook up to 2 tv's the 8 controller support is also useless.
Graphics is the only things it's been better in. It is completely lacking any innovation, they're now just making money off the name. I was a Halo fan but have been extremely let down. I put it with Gear and Resistance as franchises that have become worse over time.
Halo is really going downhill so I don't know why people are excited about this. Halo 4 was one of the biggest disappointments in gaming over the last few years. MS would be better off paying a chunk of change to Bungie to keep making them and just can 343 industries.
This would not be good for them to be honest. While it won't mean the end of Xbox they will be less competitive. How do you think they're able to strike the deals they do and advertise as they do? Xbox breaking out on it's own won't be as difficult because they do have an install base but they will have challenges.
DS4 is more innovative but at the end of the day I say it all depends on what controller you find comfortable for gaming. As of this generation I personally don't have an issue with either and I don't see that changing next gen.
Xbox isn't going anywhere. That being said Microsoft will sell it off or make it it's own company. The board has wanted to get out of the video game market since they got in. Xbox will branch out on it's own but Microsoft will probably continue with gaming software since it's easier to gain a profit margin. Again, Xbox is not going anywhere but the Microsoft logo on an Xbox probably is.
Wow Killzone Shadow Fall has a lot of pre orders for a system exclusive. The game looks great, glad to see a lot of people picking it for their PS4 FPS choice
