UNGR is right, to a degree. MS changed their policies because they saw those piss poor pre-orders and the fan outrage. SONY weren't the ones pre-ordering consoles, fans were. If Microsoft's pre-orders were high enough, it wouldn't have mattered if Sony had DRM or not, they would have kept their policies.

I saw the gameplay and it looks like they didn't change much from what Rocksteady was doing. It looks good so far.

Those games are also overpriced. I saw a SE game on GooglePlay that was like 45 bucks total. Who is willing to pay 20 - 40 bucks for a mobile game?

You do know that they have multiple studios and teams that work on different project, right? KH3 and 15 are being made by different teams and I'm pretty sure the team doing this will also be different.

This probably won't have any effect on KH3's and 15's production.

Japanese people don't buy Nintendo and Sony consoles just because they're Japanese. They buy them because that's where most of the local Japanese developers go. Japan has it's own market of video games, their market is not like ours and a lot of their games stay in Japan. If Microsoft tried to tap into that market and started working with Japanese developers, they would sell some systems there.

Now that's dedication. This guy deserves a medal.

If Microsoft's pre-orders were high enough, it wouldn't matter if Sony announced DRM or not. It was the consumer who stopped Microsoft.

In some areas, a decent internet connection could run you for way more money than a new console.

4662d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

An internet connection sometimes costs more than a new console. In my area, you would spend more money setting up an internet connection than you would on a new console. Add the monthly bills to that and you can't even compare the price of internet to the price of a new console.

Although, I do agree to a degree. If you are that poor, you really shouldn't be buying a console near release.

The Kinect is not optional, it's mandatory. Your system can't function without it.

What about when the Xbox RROD'd on everyone?

Damn it. And I ordered an extra PS4 to sell when the supply got low. I guess, I'll just keep it incase.

PS4 or XboxOne, both companies fail to inform consumers of every detail. The truth is, the cloud has it's limitations.

XV also wasn't on the list of confirmed E3 titles they were showcasing.

SE love surprises.

But more than graphics improved.

Compare the Atari to the NES. NES games looked better, by they also had better content and gameplay.

That's what he is saying. More than graphics need to improve next gen.

Yakuza 5 is an awesome game. It was the first one I played. I hope SEGA does release it in the west with subtitles for those who can't speak Japanese. Everybody should get a chance to play it.
