I preordered 3 PS4 and a One.
There were plenty of MS fans who didn't like the One's policies.

People would be still trading and selling games with each other if GameStop didn't exist. Used games don't put companies out of business. They've been around ever since people were playing Pong and Pitfall.
If you want to go digital, then go digital. Nothing is stopping you from buying all your games digitally. People shouldn't have to be forced to make that change, it should stay optional.
I hate GameStop with a passion. I pre-ordered a game and wasn't able to pick it up the same day. I got my game a few days later and found scratches on the disk and finger prints on the book.

I was surprised to see this news. I'm definitely getting an xboxOne now. I'm getting the PS4 day one and I'm getting the WiiU the same day I get my PS4, so I can kill 2 birds. I'll get the One 2 or 3 months after release.
I never said anything about turn based combat. You must be very young if you don't know why people loved FF7. It was more than the turn based combat that made it go on to sell Millions of copies.
It's not arrogance that makes Nintendo not want to make games for Sony and MS.
One bad console and suddenly Nintendo just needs to drop out of the race? The 3DS is doing fine. Nintendo was the leader this gen, Wii outselling both of their rivals. They can afford this one little mess up. Who knows? Maybe they can raise sales. The 3DS wasn't too hot when it came out, now it's number 1.
Nintendo doesn't need to make games for the PS or Xbox.
The combat isn't the only thing in FF7 that made it good.
