There is a good reason why PC games should be cheaper...because coonsole gamers pay $10-20 ass tax on every console game they buy because activision etc have kindly passed on their publishing fees for the closed platforms onto the consumer.
On PC the developers pay no such fee, cheaper to make= cheaper to sell.
Only an idiot would pay console game price for a PC game....actually only an idiot would pay the console game price for a console game.
I don't see why they need to F off, it's not like they have any Sony have any stake in PC gaming either, but they can go F themselves for DRM ( yes sony owns securom )

who cares how many games of any genre there are, no one is forcing you to buy them.
There are hundreds of games from all genres each year, I will still only buy 5 of each. The more games there are the more competition there is, the more innovations there will be.
For every 10 crap shooters there is one amazing shooter. That is the one I will buy every time.

Actually nintendo holds the patent on the rumble it was on gameboy colour and N64 well before playstation.
As you can see Sony does not innovate, but rather recycle old Nintendo tech or other universal tech that had been done before.

M.S just quoted projected 3D TV adoption rates...and seeing the figures it is understandable that they do not want to prematurely invest in it.
I think it would be a wise move for both companies to kick back and let passive Blu Ray 3D raise adoption rates rather than have to hype their machines and invest unnecessary money in it.
3D as a standard will come, but it isn't now. I promise you that when it does come...your $2000+ 3D TV won't be up to the t...

Sony has no patent on any 3D technology, they are simply using it. Stereoscopic 3D has been around for 30 years...

Actually they said they were running the 360 'build' the on a PC with 360 specs...they said that from the start.
The game is not finished, you can simply drop into the game within the editor and play a level, much easier than having to code and the little pieces to have a 100% working demo
'Game' was the store, crazy bargain, I got Mirrors Edge for $4 from there a few weeks back too, still in it's plastic wrapping...I already owned it, it was such a bargain though I couldn't pass it up, I was going to give it away...but no one plays PC that I know...lol so i'll just keep it on display.
