Cue idiots saying "pc gaming is dying", bioshock sold more than half it's total sales on pc, and that's just at retail, with DD it is even higher.
I'm glad activision didn't get away with screwing people over as much as they would like, but they make so much money I doubt they'll care.

The environments in fc2 were much more real to me than crysis etc. Crysis looks amazing, but the afternoon sun glare over an open field in fc2 was just stunning.
It's kind of a shame they're not using africa again, but a change is as good as a holiday.

EDIT: recommended spec are much lower than dragon age, that coupled with the optimisations should mean this game runs amazing...seriosuly though I get the same frame rate in ME1 as I do in crysis maxed...there is something very wrong with that game

considering that an alienware easily costs double the cost of an identical custom pc, you'd expect more than a $10 game to come with it.
This could be a good thing. It will just mean your not as limited in what skills you choose, for example, having to waste points to meet pre-requisites to get the better skills of a tree
That's the only reason I didn't buy stalker, every review said it was a glitch fest. Maybe their PR people think that a half done game will sell due to hype alone, but not for me.

Farcry 2 is open world. You cannot go from any point, to any other point without running into something. It is not possible, in real life of any game. There are however many ways and means to get to the same point/complete the objective. Therefore it is an open world game.
Hell yes, i've been waiting to here this. I know i'm a minority, but i loved farcry 2, still play it now. Great single player game, can't wait for the next. I loved the upgradable weapons and weapon degrading, i hope they keep it, but they can keep the malaria this time, unlimited run would also be nice

haha, no they certainly didn't, the game is so broken that I can't even install the patches anymore, even with a fresh install, and after formatting my pc, there are 100's of people with the same or worse problems posting in their forums...the developers don't respond anymore because they have no intention of supporting the game anymore, they stole my F-ing money

People already have pc's, you don't need a pc from scratch to play games. Just get a new video card etc, it's cheaper than upgrading a console each gen + the games are cheaper.
