I don't see the issue with a saving system in this game for those who'd like to use it. I personally won't but because this is a single player experience, so i should be able to decide how i'd like to make my way through the game, I can still play the game the way it was intended, and others can still enjoy the game the way they want to play it. I know many will disagree with me here, and i do know that not all games are accessible for everyone, but games are always better i...
This comment is gold. My strained my right mouse arm, how can i play now ;)?
About damned time. Finally a black controller to match my console. Disappointed the black controller doesn't have the OG colored symbols though. That's the only catch I can see, miss the colors.
I don't really think its a major security risk to be able to copy games from a cold storage SSD to your internal drive. It works on Xbox without any issues and generally speaking, there have been less security related incidents on Xbox over time than there have been with Playstation. I don't see what the security risk is of being able to copy vs move a game from cold storage to an internal drive, especially when those drives are being formatted using both Sony and Microsofts custom ...
Respawn is their only saving grace at the moment. They are the only bright light in the closet unfortunately. I do still have high hopes for BF though. I know I am probably dumb for doing so, but lets see how it plays out.
Not the fault of PC players that a game wasn't optimized correctly by developers. There are a lot of lazy ports out there of games, generally the PC audience just skips the games that were not given the attention desired. Being happy that a game was not optimized correctly for PC is very short sighted. You should want games to receive the proper care no matter what platform they are released on. If you were on the other end of this with a bad console port, wouldn't you be upset t...
Lets hope Sony make some updates to support 1440p native, and more 120hz support. Also - would really love if sony allowed you to "copy" games from cold storage instead of only allowing you to move them from cold storage. That is a huge problem for me because I have two PS5's and don't want to have to download the game a separate time to my second PS5 in my game room. Considering datacaps with ISP's a copy feature would be really nice. I do realize I have some very n...
I don't see this being a big issue at all really. The console versions of Battlefield have always been dumbed down a bit over the years compared to PC. Battlefield has generally always been a PC first game, and then is ported over to the consoles according to specs. I don't see this being a problem PC will get the most out of this game and will be gimped from there to support the other platforms as necessary. No different than any other Battlefield game really.
Lol, you aren't wrong here at all. I think what they mean is, assuming you are in a good enough position in life where you only have first world problems, is it essential in that case. You know what i mean. Any luxury device is knowingly not essential to any of our lives. If it ever is actually essential, thats a whole other problem in itself. LOL
Personally Series X was an essential purchase for me. I was so sick of 30fps caps on games. I bought the console knowing it would play my library better in every way. Did the same with my upgrade from PS4 to PS5, sure there are a small handful of exclusives here to enjoy, but really i have spent most of my time even on my PS5 one and done-ing the exclusives, then I am back to my backlog once again. I am happy my backlog runs better. I would love to have some new exclusive IP's roll o...
I own this game, and it is great, but not worth 70 dollars. You basically get 5 levels that are just extremely difficult giving the game some length (technically if you are really good you could beat it in 3 hours). Performance comes from the game upscaling a 1080p image to 1440p then upscaling that to checkerboard 4K. Tbh, I can think of several other games that I would rather pay 70 for, but I guess joke is on me at this point because I paid it. This game should be more like 39.99. Rat...
Hey STARS,
Not saying that Sony doesn't support 3D audio, what I am saying is that their implementation of 3D audio is only supported by Sony Headsets. For instance, my receiver does not allow me to use Sony's implementation of 3D audio because that isn't supported. When i plug my PS5 into my receiver, none of the Dolby Digital options are available, just multi-channel stereo audio. So what i am saying is, the only way i can get 3D sound from my PS5 is to use...
10 dollars extra for games per Sony exclusive to enjoy those games, and 10-15 extra for dolby atmos support depending on if you get a discount, which i did on atmos for Xbox. It does suck that you have to pay for it, but at the same time its only 10-15 bucks one time to get the most out of the expensive sound system you paid a ton of money for. Losing out on 10-15 one time is not that big of a deal to me. Paying 10 dollars extra per exclusive each time is definitely a bigger deal. Just my...
I am always for devs to take the time they need to create the vision they have without compromises, doesn't worry me a bit. Take your time so we get the game that you have envisioned.
Not a bit worried. I have Series X, PS5 and a gaming PC. I think limiting yourself to one choice or platform greatly hinders anybody's ability to be a gamer over a fanboy. I can play whatever i want whenever I want and also see through the fanboy talk because I have choice and can see the benefits of each platform for what they actually are. PS5 for exclusives, Xbox for backwards compat support and 120hz games on console and PC for when I want to have the best overall experience with m...
Good to hear, i just picked it up. Will install it later when i don't have so many things to do on my shitty internet.
I think its also sad that Warzone is such a huge thing. I mean guilty as charged i play it, but if it is going to come with the consequence of destroying other staple games like Crash, maybe in need to stop playing Warzone or even supporting COD in general.
Not to mention the install bases for Microsoft and especially Sony. Nobody wants to miss out on that kind of money.
Completely agree. I don't have 90 straight minutes all the time i can dedicate to a game. Not to mention, not being able to go back at a certain point and play from where I ended up. I have both PS5 and Xbox, and this is certainly a situation where a "quick resume" feature would completely solve the problem. Its an easy solution, lets hope Sony wisen up and add a great feature like quick resume to their toolset. Its already been stated that "rest mode" is not fool...
This is great for gamers any way, and if they can milk another platform for more money, that means more exclusive experiences on Playstation. More profits = more experiences. Just remember that.
