Don't have an original xbox that works anymore :(
Oh man, i actually own those but have never played them, are they any good?
Tuesday can't come fast enough!
We can all hope they have access to VPN's to find out the truth.
Physical Copy???? I sure hope so! Hoping for the same with Shredders Revenge. Would be really cool if Shredders Revenge had a collectors edition that also came with this Cowabunga Collection on a disc. Here's hoping.
I don't think its really as much the power that is the concern over them using AMD chips that don't have dedicated cores to process Ray-Tracing. The lack of Ray-Tracing features on consoles at this point is really just due to AMD not having a great solution for hardware level Ray-Tracing with the Zen2 architecture. We'd at least see better results if Microsoft and PlayStation chose Nvidia for their SoC.
Makes me feel better not being the only one who takes days off to game!
They don't need to acquire anybody, Nintendo just sells itself.
Regardless, wired is the only way to go, especially when using remote play.
I don't think that is the case. I think more than anything, for MS to keep GamePass going to its full potential, they will obviously need to make other new acquisitions to keep new content coming. They need to tread lightly on a deal like this so they are able to continue acquiring studios for more GamePass content.
Same! Cheers my friend! Should be really fun to have such a versatile handheld that has limitless potential being a PC and not a locked down ecosystem.
So pumped for this. Can't wait to actually secure my pre-order on the 25th. Also can't wait for a few months to go by to see what the community is doing with this device.
Terrible take. Have you seen what it costs for an Ayaneo or any other similar device? You are looking at around 1k to $1500 for others, and the steam deck is half to a third of of the price with even better specs.
As it is frustrating to hear things like this for some, the key demographic for a Steam Deck are folks who already own PC's but want to take their experience on the road and for those who are interested in dabbling with a PC for the first time to get their feet wet in a new ecosystem. This is not generally made for a casual gamer, which is OK.
Bummer, but can definitely wait. This holiday is going to destroy my bank account anyway. Waiting a bit has never really hurt me anyhow. Still can't wait for Feb.
I don't think Microsoft needs to beat PS5 to be successful personally. Xbox are still trying to catch their stride after their miserably failed Xbox One launch in 2013. I think they will gain ground this generation, but its going to take proof of quality of game releases before they are able to go toe to toe with Sony. I think that is going to take the entirety of this generation to prove. Once they can prove quality over this generation, i think they will stand a better chance going ...
@Tacoboto, Flight Simulator is the best flying simulator out there, so 10 is justified there. TLOU2 i can see what you mean, even though i enjoyed the game. Hades is just universally loved by critics, haven't played to so don't know if it deserves a 10. Half Life Alyx is likely the best single player shooter VR experience you can have, hands down, so 10 deserved there. Deathloop - not my type of game and get what you are saying there.
Man you have to play burnout 3 and revenge! I feel like those games paved the way for Forza Horizon.
Jesus dude, no reason to get your feathers in a bunch or to call Xbox gamers cheap. If you pay for so many more games than everyone else, lets at least see some proof before you make those accusations. I own both consoles, and i would bet that I likely have a larger library of games than most that claim Xbox folk don't buy games. I probably even own more games than you on your preferred piece of plastic. I certainly won't accuse you of being somebody who doesn't buy games thou...
Dated controls are a huge issue. Look at The Last Guardian. Was an excellent game riddled with dated controls and camera movement. That ultimately destroyed the experience for a lot of people.
