Whats fanboyish about explaining why there is no PSP2 ?
The word Fanboy gets thrown around on this site far too easily to the point were it hardly has any meaning anymore. Anyone who comments in favour of one thing is instantly labelled a fanboy - its pathetic.
OK, so thats your opinion and the author wrote his opinion in an article - so whats your problem ?
When people talk about rumours in the gaming world then they are usually talking about some kind of leaked unnamed source. The PSP2 rumour has absolutely zero foundation so i agree with the author - its not a rumour, its bullshit.
HOT NEW RUMOUR !
Nintendo are going to release a successor to the N64 called the N65 !!! Go discuss.
LOL, awesome article.
I agree 100%.
Errrrrr no.
MGS 2 intro was Snake running down a bridge in the rain wearing a stealth cloak, then bungie jumping onto the tanker.
I thought GTA4 was pants.
The PSP Go is an awesome device. The argument about it lacking the UMD drive is pathetic, like someone trying to argue the benefits of a CD walkman over an ipod.
The lack of UMD is a positive for people who embrace digital distribution, the portability is a positive for people who dont want to carry around a bulky device with a shedload of games.
And FFS stop referencing Crisis Core as some kind of benchmark for Sony's supposed lack of support for the Go....
Its going on US & EU psn stores on its release date.
Probably just a few guys bouncing ideas around since 2007
i thought it was pretty funny
Them sneaky bastich
Final Fantasy 7 rocks
Final Fantasy 13 sucks sweaty bums
Agreed, this game needs releaseing first and then adding these little tweaks later. People with 3D capable TV's are going to be in the minority for a long time so they should cater to the rest of us first.
Totally different style of game so its a poor comparison.
I totally agree.
There have been some nasty precedents set by Microsoft since they entered the console industry and i would hate to see become the accepted norm.
Its battery life is exactly the same as the standard PSP.
Exactly, im planning on getting one for MGS Peace Walker and i know exactly what im getting.
The only decent title missing from the EU PSN store is crisis core and that title isnt the final word in PSP gaming, so the whole lack of support thing is a pretty lame argument.
The lack of UMD isnt a negative point - its a selling point for a gamer who wants a portable device and enjoys the benefits of digital distribution, just like any ipod user.
It j...
The only game which i would want to play and is missing from the PSN store is crisis core.
Wipeout, Various MGS games, GOW, Disgaea are all on there - they would keep me happy for months.
Your right it is definatly more of an adults device.
Im gonna get a psp for MGS:Peace Walker, i'll probably get the "go" if i can find one cheap enough.
"HHG works at Def Jam, hip hop is in his blood"
Jeez, get a room dude. Defending the guy is one thing but your sounding silly.
HHG works in a mailroom which pretty much any unqualified person can do, having hip hop in your blood is not a job requirement.
Of course Killzone 2 wasnt perfect but it was amazingly good for a first effort on the PS3.
You say the choke point maps were a negative but i see them as a positive. Pretty much all multiplayer games have choke points in order to create areas of conflict, if it was all flat open spaces then it would be crap. Also Killzones lack of co-op has nothing to do with the content of this article.
Again the fact that Killzone relies so much on teamwork is a huge p...
