The series s is not an option for most gamers - it really is bad for next gen.
Just need the fishing rod peripheral for Get Bass.
Bender - in this instance proprietary is slower and only being made by one manufacturer.
The standard is already the same price at its launch and will most certainly be cheaper even 6 months from now.
During my busy season which runs for 4 months of the year, I'll do a minimum of 10 hrs during the week and 5-6 hrs on the weekend. In that 4 month period I'll be lucky to 5 days off.
It just how it is, and I tell everyone that we employ over that period to expect longer than normal hrs.
CDPR has done nothing wrong, and people just like to make things a bigger issue than they are.
These would be so cheap to produce - Sony could do it for every major release. It's one of those things that make you ask - "Why hasn't anyone done this before?"
I was one of them haha, Mark has teased it since The Road To PS5 presentation. Fair for people to get a little impatient.
Yep - plenty of depth there, not sure on the width though. If the heat sinks are like the EK ones that would be fine, but an Auros drive may cause problems. Just a thought.
UnSelf - Seems it was the people that didn't care about the teardown, that actually cared more in the end.
Seems it got to you more than the people wanting to see it. Take it easy mate.
Top shelf all round - absolute stunner.
Hold off mate - I don't think the EVO is fast enough. Sony said they'll be releasing a compatibility list soon.
So well made, work of art.
And it all seemed to clip together nicely, minimal screws - so well thought out.
Razzer - I'm worried about the heat dissipation of the user installed NVME. I didn't see any heat sink, it may get residual air flow from the fans. I'm sure Sony know what they're doing though.
That Heat Sink is a BEAST! Liquid metal, 45mm 120mm fan, dual layer of insulation on the UHD drive - she's going to run sooo quite.
Great job by all involved.
DJStotty - Really? Ugh - that looks hideous mate, and it's a multiplat at that.
And was that even running on xsx? My understanding was the 3rd party presentation was done on PC.
Well for one it was alluded to in Mark Cerney presentation. I'm actually very interested in the cooling solution and what SSD's (and when they'll be available) can be used internally.
The last few years should be enough of a red flag. The last few months should also be a red flag.
All this talk about BC and gamepass has been done to death.
They apologised after the 3rd party event, then repeated the same mistakes in their 1st party event.
Anyone that needed to be sold on gamepass and BC - is on board 1000%.
I need to see new games, 1st party games, stuff that takes advantage of the new hardware....
Could be right - but you've gotta ask yourself, do you really need 6 games suspended when they load so fast? Now if your assumption is correct, what happens when little Johnny has it suspended over a weekend - or it's not properly ventilated. Could be some house fires on the horizon, I hope not of course. But that should be a real concern.
Gunstar75 - Do you mean it went over your head?
It was very clear, concise, informative and straight talk. Pretty much what it was supposed to be.
