I'm not sure why people are so convinced Xbox One sales are going to take off. Titanfall was supposedly the "Must have title" and the game to "redefine the FPS" sell the Xbox One and close the gap. It literally did NOTHING. Sales fell off a cliff since, forcing them to remove Kinect.

Killzone Shadowfall shouldn't have a GOTY edition either, IMO.

The PS4 is over 8 million sold through customers as of awhile ago, last I heard the Xbox One shipped 5 million to retailers. The Xbox One has slowed in sales pretty hard aswell, so that number couldn't have changed much.

At this point they really don't have a choice, they've do pretty much everything they could and haven't really made up much ground. The Xbox One has been selling less and less every month. According to Vgchartz (that over tracks Xbox) the Wii U sold more worldwide, since the removal of Kinect.

They want more sales, which why they're happy about the "price cut". Can't blame them, the PS4 is better and how pretty much twice as many systems actually sold to customers.

Agreed. Halo 5 will be huge for the Xbox One. Not sure about Quantum Break, I think it'll be a great game but I don't think Alan Wake even sold a million copies. Quantum Break will have more hype and marketing behind. BTW, I LOVED Alan Wake. One of my favorite 360 games without a doubt.
