They shouldn't, it's a cross gen title. The Xbox One in general has not had a problem achieving 1080p on cross gen titles. Don't confuse that as the eSRAM and GPU not being a problem for current gen titles or Xbox One exclusives.
Sunset Overdrive doesn't impress me for a few reasons. Insomniac's last few games have been sub par.
