"Please console gamers don’t think the PC fanbase is full of elitist dicks that are aroused by their specs."
lulz
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't nintendo's last new major IP (not a wii sports type game) pikmin back in 2001? Pretty lame if true.
nah
at least we're not paid to make dubious predictions :)
You're argument is an extremely lame one Kran, but I do agree with your initial statement.
They think it will make it difficult to monitor games children play? Yeah, more difficult for you maybe big brother, but there is a certain thing called parental responsibility.
fallacy of composition... it was playing the xbox for too long that caused this to happen. That's not to say that it's the fault of video games however.
p.s. please give me bubbles n4g. Too many times I can't defend myself against peoples fallacious rebuttals.
Why don't you just buy a 3rd party controller similar to the 360s instead of making a point to troll the most ergonomic and accurate controller ever made.
@jelly - I can back that opinion up with what I believe to be objective facts.
1. Analogue sticks are more accurate due to a smaller deadzone and smoother design
2. R1/L1 and R2/L2 are placed comfortably for the hand. The 360 controller places RB and LB too far forward forcing you to place you...
reason for me to buy a ps3... no joke.
sexy
If we are going to concentrate on 'football', then I say David Ginola on Fifa 97 :)
I believe so. 1.8m sounds about right for the slowest quarter of the year in console sales considering the ps3 averages around 13m sales a year.
Interesting to note that, in general, the gaming media still talks about how poorly Sony is doing even when they sell the most consoles, lol.
there are a few on here who do believe it though :/
It's not a bad list, but MGS3 should have made the top 10. I'd stick it at number 1 if it was me :)
Not overpriced, just very expensive. In terms of the value of the console $600 was fair enough. Sony actually sold it for a loss. Vaistrat even made this clear when pointing out value to price ratio so I don't know why you brought this up. Perhaps you are looking for trouble.
I think it was reported that Nintendo will be taking a loss at the new price point. $170 does seem like good value for the 3DS. They are even cutting the price by 40% in Japan. That gives you an id...
I made a comment about this the other day, but worded it slightly wrong.
I personally prefer digital and am almost all digital in movies/books/music/games. It's more convenient for me since I move house a lot and it keeps me mentally sound. I like the idea of not having anything physical, but I'm not sure why.
People enjoy physical media because it's something tangible and that comforts them. A video games collection or a book/cd shelf is almost l...
I don't see any resemblances.
no it didn't
Definitely. Hard copies of anything is a waste of time and space. I'm virtually fully digital these days in part because I'm never in the same house for more than 6 months. But people enjoy hard copies because it fills a void(or at least tries to) and makes them feel important.
I think it's quite interesting, but the game overall is just tacky. It doesn't really resemble what driver is about, it's just using the driver name for more recognition and sales.
I'd go so far as saying that the shift system is the best thing about the game, which doesn't say much about the game itself.
he was right about the Berlin Wall at least.
