in ... i've beaten every last ounce of this game and it's expansions... but I'm a completionist... I wandered around alot and just gazed at the scenery...
I'll never forget coming out of that first tomb area into the beautiful outside... Swear sometimes I just went on "hikes" to enjoy the scenery.
Lotta hours can me had in this game aside from any main storylines or quests.
this will not be a purchase for me... yeah the puzzling was kinda fun but without GlaDos talking along the way, it isn't my cup o' tea. I've heard that GlaDos will not be in this pack and ImHO, GlaDos was the main reason enjoyment was found in this game.
... and I think the original poster is talking about the flash games out on PC, which, yes these are apparently adapted/copied from.
Still.. NO GlaDos = NO BUY for me.

at first... but then it really grows on you. I was really stoked for this game for the longest time, and when I first played the demo, I was somewhat indifferent; but I still liked their concept of the "joy-stick combat". And then I played it again... and again... I still haven't had the time to look up how to unlock the other classes but i heard they'll just unlock over time. I'm gonna play this again and again and again until the actual game comes out and then I'll buy day one.....

no matter what they say, the symbolism stands. It might not be INTENDED as a political statement, but the nuking of a major world-power's capital is a little loaded. With Form and Content, Intent gets lost by the time it reaches the eyes of the beholders. I'm totally fine with that, but it's true... so who cares... bring on the game lol
is that the GAMEPLAY and MECHANICS seem to be exactly the same. Not the textures, amount of AI, and what-not that you mentioned.
I totally agree RE5 looks amazing but after watching the vid I'd have to also say that it really looks like Capcom basically put a new set of paint on an old door frame... IMHO.
IF it had a single player campaign... I really was impressed by the mp demo but I'm not a Mp shooter junky as much as my friends. I couldn't justify $60 for a online only shooter. And now, I really just don't have the time even tho it's so damn cheap.
I really wish they woulda had a storyline cuz the ShadowRun RPG is one of the best untapped fantasy worlds IMHO.

Think the "Can" article had a bit too much assuming going with it. I don't really care that much about Ghostbusters, looks good and I'll proly rent it, but I really really want Brutal Legend to come out ... sometime.

Anyway... It's utter nonsense to compare these two games so early in their pre-console lives. I really liked the demo for Too Human and it's convinced me to purchase it day one. I'm gonna get FFxiii day one as well... but there'll be a few games I pick up before then.

having limited access to MMO's LOL... they suck my life away if I let them. Conan MMO looks amazing and I can't wait for them to get it on consoles... My buddie's got it for PC and I haven't seen him since.

"Can" is too strong a term for this. This is, like Morganfell said, a lot of assumption. "Pushed back" is more likely what this will amount to, IMHO. I really hope Brutal Legend is still in the works somewhere. Ghostbusters sounded like a really fun rental. Was interested in seeing the next Riddick. As for the next LLL... the press will have a field day with that one no matter what so I was looking forward to that frukis.
