It was one of the most watched events that Sony has done over the past 3 years. Yes we all want more because we just cannot forget E3 presentations but the fact is those days are gone

All these companies want to stay in the spotlight so that's why they're slowly releasing the information throughout the year

we will reach a market crash sooner rather than later because of these greedy publishers

I think that will happen

They may announce an acquisition or a big gameplay demo on the day of Xbox conference. They did that with insomniac acquisition during start of gamescom few years ago

I hope they do another PlayStation showcase. With more games and announcements

I think they will do that too. But I just hope they do it right and not rush it like RE3 remake

Not only fastest but more importantly making a profit after year 1 and generating the most money

Yes especially since Spiderman is coming. That's Sony's biggest IP, I mean that's one of the biggest entertainment IP in the world

But i think each game/ip will not follow same release schedule. Some games may end on PC 6 months after launch, some 12 and some maybe even later

Sure if Bethesda wants to cut down their potential sales by half if not more. Fact of the matter is turned based games don't sell as well

Ye every GT game has outsold Forza by a huge margin. And that's with almost double the Forza games. Forza passing GT is subjective because not 2 weeks ago we had developers talking about how metacritic doesn't matter. You know what matters 10+ million in sales. A publisher rather make over a billion than to get 90+ on metacritic (not saying publishers don't care about quality but that it's a business and sales matter)

GT:P sold more than 5 million and t...

Their games are great but it's like they go out of their way to make excuses on why they don't do offline. It's not like offline games can receive expansions/patches/hot fixes

Hopefully offline play

Look man if someone can't get XSX they simply don't want it. It's easily available and even the 2nd hand market you can find below retail (sometimes even with extra games or accessories)

PS5 is also becoming easier to find but still not readily available. Hopefully that is fixed soon

If you don't need one right now it's better to wait. Because by end of this year/next year we should get another revision. I can't believe all 3 console makers are having same issues with controllers. Maybe they should join forces and invest as a unit and figure out all these kinks

Exactly they got so much credit for post launch support and free dlc but they have now a history of launching games unfinished

Your master race comment is so funny yesterday on Twitter someone said PC is the best place to play because we are the master race and the person below said oh yes the master race which need training wheels as in easy mods 😂

It's not about free pass guys just sign up once the service has been fixed. No one is being forced to pay for premium. I am waiting until it becomes a very good/great service

But the reason for this launch is because Sony especially Jim Ryan are just now buying into legacy titles while Phil and Xbox went hard after that feature

But the other way to look at it is Sony invested heavily into new game experiences while Phil had no choice but to offer ...

Agreed and as gamers let's hope Sony invests heavily into this and make it a great service. I have so many PS3 physical games man and I wish there was a way to play them on newer consoles without needing to subscribe

Definitely it's because Phil and Xbox bought into the idea early and invested heavily. Recently I have bought so many Xbox and Xbox 360 BC titles. I just wish that the program had continued and overtime add more games

There are som...

From the looks of it most likely releasing on September/October (merchandise has a release date of September so that's why I am guessing it's around than)

So sony will most likely do a state of play just for that. It will be the biggest game releasing this year IMO (yes bigger than ER) and we will see Sony really put their resources behind marketing

On to this event. I think we will get one or 2 big moments and smaller updates on other games. It...

Awesome let's go push the industry forward. I am not against sequels at all but I am also for some one off games

Issue is the development cost/initial investment to establish the IP. When a publisher spends 100-150 million than we have to realize they have more games planned. I am sure in few years time we will get sequel for days gone, the order 1886 etc. If a game is recieved poorly than just let it sit and many time these games become cul...

It's not because it's a brand new thing and we should give it some time. Xbox gamepass or backwards compatibility wasn't what it is today at launch

Set your expectations accordingly
