Epic games just don't want to fund AAA development. If they were to partner with someone who gives them the creative freedom and resources I think they could make some amazing FPS games
This is the kind of studio that needs resources and should be acquired instead of spendings billions on publishers who already have all the resources in the world
I would be happy with whatever they decide to do just not a reboot of any sort. Would actually like a game with sully and Nate's brother as the main characters
But the biggest thing I want is this game to come out day one with PS6. Yes meaning give this IP the time to rest before launching it day one and making a huge impact

While I understand your point and agree somewhat you are missing something bigger. They were a small team who were out in spotlight and needed proper PR team. And their studio got flooded so they had lost quite a bit of work. So you will hold a team of 4-10 developers accountable yet what's the excuse got teams with 200+ developers

There should be a beta 6 months before release and then another 3 months before launch.
