No still a grind slug fest with slow animations because we don't get enough realism in life now we need that same realism in a video game
Sometimes these developers just go overboard with realism at the cost of fun. Saints row 2 and 3 were a lot more fun to play than GTA 4 and 5 but guess what GTA 4 and 5 were a lot more real than saints row 2 and 3
That is very true I don't buy games at full price anyway I wait a year or more when they come down on prices but now if there's somebody I wonder if they will ever come down to that sweet 15 to $20 range
one thing I have also noticed lately is a lot of these games which get physical release don't have enough copies to where six months after release places like Best buy and Amazon run out of them and they never restock it

It won't Sony doesn't behave that way they have a business model and they stick to it. You always hear Sony world wide family because most studios had been working with sony long before they were acquired
Ao kojima, bluepoint etc Sony wouldn't make big multi billion dollar acquisitions but they could end up spreading that billion around into acquiring 3-4 different studios
Yes they are really great at remasters but DS is a remake just like SOTC was a remake

MS's first party games don't leave gamepass(I could be wrong) only 3rd party games are on it for limited time

As a PlayStation fan I do like ease of access though where you can simply plus in additional SSD HD. I Don't want to open up the ps5 Just to put it add more SSD space

Please check your history Sony has been allowing crosss play the longest out of all three console makers. Why do you think final fantasy XIV online never came to Xbox 360 it was because Microsoft refused to allow cross play. Crossplay only became a big issue when it was Microsoft were ready to do it and Sony saw no benefit in doing so
Should me a better/newer engine for all bethesda games. Now the question regarding future games so far it's been said already announced games will come to all announced platforms and future games will be looked at on case by case basis

Because it's in their best interest their PlayStation generates more money because the more money it generates the more profit they will make. On the other hand Microsoft is not dependent on Xbox brand to earn them a profit

So after all that trash talking both ps5 and series x are 4k/60FPS machines. One company went for raw power the other went for enough power go easily do 4K/60FPS while also improving SSD features

That's not all the money Sony has i am sure they have a bigger budget to buy/invest in studios. Btw you are posting profit from one year. Also for Sony as a company PlayStation is its bread and butter. No doubt ms made a huge investment but I don't see any reason where Sony could invest 5+ billion tobbuy different studios or they could simply invest and grow their current studios

You have to take into account this pandemic which has caused more headaches and shortages. So maybe early on both Ms and Sony feel like they can get genie money's worth with cross gen titles
I would love to see Sony be aggressive but they usually buy studios who have worked with sony in some exclusive manner in the past
