What sony is doing is better they won't hold back gaming because both of their consoles have same specs. Ms has the more and least powerfy next gen console. I like the approach with Sony this way developers don't have to do any extra work and can make the game for ps5

Never going to happen when those games are selling million of copies. People act like GP gas been so successful last I checked even with GP, stronger mid gen upgrade, backwards compatibly xbox one is still more than 60 million consoles behind ps4
I don't remember the last EA game I paid $60 for. Only thing from Activision have been COD for single player when they are really cheap and last few HD remasters like crash and spyro
Ubi same I haven't bought any game from them at full price what's interesting is that most ubi games drop in price within weeks

Yes most disks will play and many games will receive free patches overtime to look and play better on next gen consoles. I think it will be a process being done overtime. It's not like every game that plays on xbox one BC plays better
After SNES I don't own anything nintendo they are ultimate definition of greed. They will get over praised based on nostalgia
They can sell you a cardboard box and call it a product. They overprice their games and we barley see any sales likes we do on other platforms. Nintendo gets a free pass where Ms and Sony doesn't

I don't think we are going away from physical media anytime soon. The data which publishers release is so screwed up because they include micro transactions as part of digital sales so we don't know for a fact the exact percentage between physical and digital

Almost all PS4 games will work on ps5 and many will receive boost in performance and graphics being on ps5. But why look at facts when these media clowns need to spread false narrative and negativity

Take two would charge full price and maybe $10 more for next gen versions

Bloodborne, RDR2, horizon and God of war would all benefit greatly. Loading times alone in horizon are so long man so that would be beneficial

Say what you will this game had great combat and a lot of other open world RPG's would benefit greatly from such addictive combat
Witcher 3 with KOA combat for example. It's just very satisfying the moment to moment gameplay
Maybe because we want to play the game on ultra settings, better textures, better frame rate, almost no loading amongst other improvements
