I agree and disagree with you blackbible. Yes, GTA4 lacked many of San Andreas' features. It seemed that most of them were replaced by a solid and fun multiplayer. However, no sandbox game can come close to the gameplay that GTA4 had. It was exceptional and almost perfect. It seems Saints Row only has mindlless fun to offer, which isn't my kind of sandbox game. Rockstar has shown that they can have both in their games.

Exactly. Going by this, why would I look at sales to decide whether to buy this game or not? I want quality, and Call of Duty is going downhill in terms of that.

I was happy with what I saw from the BF3 footage, the whiners were probably PC gamers, I think very few PS3 owners complained. As for this extra feature on the xbox360, I'm thinking kinect.

I still have my old PS2, probably the most reliable console I've ever played games on judging from all the things it has gone through. Therefore, I have no need for BC, I have a PS3 for PS3 games after all..
If Sony made faulty hardware, barely had 1st party studios, and made me pay for their products based on cheap short term plans, I'd be pissed. But this is Sony, they have been delivering top quality since the PS1 era. Yes they got hacked, 1 month without playing on PSN, I've gone longer without being on PSn doing other stuff in my life. Hopefully they learned from their errors and are now improving their network security.

And your the kind of person that thinks so highly of pc gaming? I said "over complicating" because my pc is not a gaming pc. I would have to buy the latest graphics card, some RAM, etc. I prefer to play BF3 on my PS3 with my PSN friends, is that a problem?

As a PS3 owner, I know that a PC will always be able to pull off better graphics that consoles.
For me, what I don't like about COD is the audience it aims for, and thus the downhill spiral that it is on. The online multiplayer is nothing special, there's a reason why some think it is full of noobs. Let's not get into the long list of issues. As with SP, it is the same damn experience, just different places and whatnot.
@Kon, lol yeah coming from you. Kz3 looks better than Crysis 2 on consoles, but it doesn't beat the pc version. That's of course my opinion. Both games have a different style in graphics, and there can be many different opinions because of this.
wow the xbox360 and PS3 sales are almost even.
Only game I wanted from the xbox360 was mass effect, and we have that now. I'm set for the year with UC3, BF3, and Skyrim.
It could, but it won't. And if it could, how high end would the pc have to be?
This is why I asked, and exactly how do you spawn enemies? With mods? I think they should make minecraft much more accessible, as I said, it is a good game, but loses its purpose after you've created those empty buildings made of hours of tedious digging.
Can't wait, to me GTA is one of the best franchises in gaming. It will blow away any Saints Row game and any other sandbox game in its way.
