Developers love the PS brand.
Don't worry those worldwide numbers will come around soon enough, they're not as frequent as NPD numbers obviously.

Some fanboys just want to throw the sales argument out there. Kinda like COD fans that talk about sales yet the franchise has been going downhill. To me, it's always been about quality.
Pretty good sales for the PS3 despite the PSN outage, I expect sales to rise this holiday season with so many amazing exclusives coming out around that time.

Too bad winning has nothing to do with quality, at least for PS1 and PS2, there was a lot more going for those consoles. It had a lot to do with their gaming libraries, and the innovation Sony used. This gen much of the reason for the Wii's success is casuals. Their gaming library is at best maybe on par with that of other consoles, and their online network is not even relevant.
It's not about which console is the weakest, Nintendo just attracted the casuals. Don't think because they have the weakest consoles that they will "win" next gen. Remember, after you're at the top, the only way to go is down.. that goes out to all you gaming historians.
In all Nintendo has been an afterthought for me this gen, a barebones online network, barely any great third party games, and too many gimmicks.
I don't care how "affordable" it is. They are yet to have a relevant online network, it is just now that they are having those great multiplatform games that ps3 and xbox 360 owners have been getting since this gen started.
I grew up playing on Nintendo consoles, but I just don't like their approach.
There are more factors to it than just pure hardware power. The PS3 was frequently getting the low end of the stick with multiplatform games in the beginning of this gen, then things changed once developers got use to it. We are seeing games that look better on the PS3 or perform at the same graphical level. We have also seen games like K3 and UC2 that have pushed graphical benchmarks on consoles.

It still won't be the Disneyland experience, lol, it'll be nothing close to that. I"m pretty sure that with the cost of kinect and this game you can pay to go to Disneyland. I've gone about 4 times when I was younger, and my family was pretty much in the middle class at best.
