Happens in movie industry as well, if a critic doesn't like a director, boom, 3/10. It's pathetic really.
These reviews are making IGN look stupid, sure this one was a bit unfair with Halo, but obviously it's not a 10/10 game.
I kinda like the fact that we can get a new hero with every new game. Although, I wouldn't call any of the GTA protagonists "heros", a bit of bad wording. I like the stories that Rockstar tell, I don't want something like Saints Row, where you customize your character and the story is a bit weak. Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I like what Rockstar has done all along.

I have a PS3 and Xbox360, trying to sell my xbox360 though, nothing personal just don't have time for two consoles, all 3 are amazing in their own ways.
What is a "defining game to end this generation", are we talking in terms of like what Okami was last gen.? I think Ground Zeroes has more potential for that, GTA5 will just sell more.
Is that how it sounds? Well regardless, I thought I would get more disagrees, I'm in a gaming site after all, a lot of kids here are spending too much time on video games rather than a social life.

I played Skyrim on PS3(one trophy away from platinum!), and it has barely any issues, but I DID buy it around the time the patches came out. Honestly, I won't stop buying their games because, well, they make awesome games. I just hope they take more care with developing for us PS3 users, or in the future, for PS4.

Damn, a 6.6, a bit too harsh for a good FPS like BF3. IMO, the campaign is weak but not THAT bad, and graphics are good imo. As far as comparing it to MW3, which I see you didn't thankfully in your review, yet others brought it up, MW3's graphics are horrible imo. Not to mention I despise the movement in that game, and the unrealistic way that everything performs. But that's just me. Good review nonetheless.
The current xbox heroes are: that guy from Call of duty, Master Chief, and Marcus...done..
Maybe because COD is treated like an exclusive on the xbox360? Americans love their overrated shooters, sad, but true. Party chat is also overrated, and yes I have xbox360. But continue on talking about who sells more, because quality wise nobody gives a sh*t about who sells more when they have games to play.
I've always took vgcharts with a grain of salt, but they're not far from the truth all the time. I don't know what many PS3 fanboys you see above you that claim it's reliable, or maybe it's just that you're another whiny xbox360 fanboy.
Although an estimate, it's probably correct as far as who's selling more worldwide. I personally don't care for sales as long as they don't drop to the point where the console maker decides to leave the industry, and hopefully, no company leaves the industry, because they all have something great to add to it. (Hopefully Apple never enters it).

I'll skip FIFA 13, I'm not into buying the same sports game yearly, hopefully 14 will be close to as much as an improvement as 12 was over 11. If that makes any sense..
