A lot of kids will like it...yes
@Captain Quark, enormous failure rate? Yes, any failures during its launch was easily compensated for the fact that NO OTHER CONSOLES WERE AROUND, not to mention what happened to PSN afterwards. A handful of exclusives? Yes, halo and Gears, that's all MS needs to attract U.S. consumers, that and marketing. I think MS did a great job with the xbox360 too, but Sony had to pull the PS3 out of a much much bigger ditch, and considering where it is now, that's a pretty big accomplishment.
I thought I was one of the few that felt like this, at the moment, I simply have no interest in completing the game, but I'm just pushing myself through it, haven't had that experience with a game in a long time. The missions are indeed boring, the glitches just eventually get to you, and I agree with Jinkies, Connor just isn't a good character imo.
Next gen console releases, and instead of seeing next gen games from it we are seeing ports, that look "slightly better" if even that. But sorry, I must be trolling for stating the truth.
It was designed for both sides, keeping the innovation and attraction the Wii had with its "innovation", while adding third party support for core gamers. Still, the outcome is mediocre imo.
Look at what MS has said the past 2-3 E3s, that will tell you what direction they are headed next gen >_>
Expected from a system that caters to the casual audience. We'll see what happens when the casuals turn to a different product, and Nintendo is left without a core userbase.
They had to do a report on this to find this out? I'll quote a stupid typical high school girl I once knew "I like the Wiifit because it helps me stay fit", nuff said.
Think about how much Black Ops 2 sold on Xbox360, then on PS3, and lastly PC, now unless you only have a WiiU, or are a casual, would you really get Black Ops 2 on a console with very, very few amount of COD players. IDk, I just think the WiiU will support more third party games, but will still do what the Wii PRIMARILY did, and that is support the casuals.
The COD fanbase is very mature.....
Gamereactor, not surprised, they're usually very harsh on every damn game.
Everybody has their preference, I like console gaming more for the communities, exclusive games, and just seems more comfortable for my tastes. I Don't need to be told how your PC's games has better graphics, because I frankly don't care.
they aren't more savvy, black ops is a big name in gaming, people like the game and want to play it. I bought Skyrim once it was patched on the PS3, people have the hope that it will be patched.
This gen yes. Last gen no. Nintendo's approach to gaming this gen has differentiated them from their competitors in a big way. For core gaming, I've stuck to PS3 and Xbox, mainly PS3, they are the most similar products to me in who they attract, although the xbox seems to attract more casuals.
"our standards are higher than yours"? Sorry that consoles are more accessible, more user friendly, and ultimately, simply are more popular than PC gaming, his comment was stupid, but you don't contribute much if you stoop down to his level and go the other extreme.
Black Ops 2 is better, but looking back at it, I prefer Battlefield 3's realistic approach to the campaign vs. MW2-MW3, and Black Ops' cinematic approach. It gets old after a while, you feel like you're an actor in a hollywood movie, not really in the midst of a war. But hey, that's just me, I have both a copy of Black ops 2 and BF3, didn't buy MOH though lol. (But I've seen it in action and played a few at a friend's house.)
Meh...yes Nintendo has more kids(way more kids) in their userbase, but I see no reason why it would have censorship troubles, unless there are more soccer moms in their userbase than I thought.
Although it could be easier when using manual controls on FIFA, I'm more focused on whether EA can fix their servers when it comes to pro ranked matches. "Minor drawbacks"? Uhh no, FIFA 12 and 13 have big drawbacks, if you actually spent a lot of time on the game. Don't care for the gamepad because honestly, I rather not be looking at a small screen while I'm passing the ball, but it could make for some fun features down the road.
Are PC fanboys saddened that there will always be more people playing GTA on PS3 and Xbox vs. PC?? Is that why you guys seem so butthurt when it comes to talking about how the PC version will have better graphics?
The incognito xbox trolls were all over the other article saying how PS All stars had done poorly because PS3 fans didn't buy games. LOL, pathetic kids. Let the games be.
