On PC. They released an update for Xbox One and PS4, and they promised an update for the PC version "soon". If you have a console version, maybe you'll have better luck than me.
Bethesda should've delayed The Evil Within for a few months. It crashes so much that I gave up on playing it.
I still remember when they released a port of Chrono Trigger for Nintendo DS when everybody was asking for a remake, then they said that not enough people bought the port, so that meant people didn't want a remake.
I tried to like Animal Crossing by playing Wild World and New Leaf, but the lack of real goals, and having to play year long to complete stuff like getting all the insects and fish, kept me from liking it. I think Animal Crossing has a lot to learn from Disney Magical World.
I like how Telltale games make us make tough choices and learn more about ourselves. Every time I watch a survival/horror movie in which a child is in danger, I think "he's just slowing you down, just let him die". But in Walking Dead season 1, when we have to choose between saving a kid or a guy, the moment the decision popped up, I chose to save the kid. I didn't even think about saving the guy, even though the kid didn't do anything useful. I guess I have a heart afte...
It's like that phrase "have you ever had so much to do that you decide to take a nap instead?".
Generally I get tired of a game after playing it for 20~30 hours, but there are games that make me play them much longer. The newest game that's making me play endlessly is Fantasy Life (almost 100 hours until now). It has a simple concept: battle, loot, craft. It has different jobs, but all of them fall into this concept. A game doesn't need dozens of differe...
For me, ZombiU had only one big "problem": it was too scary. Every time I went back to the safe house, I just didn't want to leave it and face the horror that waited for me outside.
I only played it because of the story. The gameplay, specially because of the overuse of stealth, for me is only OK, so I didn't feel the need to play it more than once.
Games like Heavy Rain and Walking Dead, where your choices have consequences, almost begs for you to play multiple times. But for me, in these games the way I played for the first (and only) time is "my" story, and if I play them again, it just feels wrong. That's why even though Heavy Rain is one of my favorite games of all time, I only played it once.
I'm the "I wish this game was single player" kind.
For some reason I like the low quality images more. I wonder if it's because of the low resolution of the images.
I still wish for a "real" RPG that uses Monster Hunter battle system. People told me Dragon's Dogma did it, but I played it and the combat had nothing to do with Monster Hunter other than sometimes having to fight really big monsters.
Monster Hunter would be one of my favorite game series with its fantastic battle system and crafting, if it didn't rely too much on going back many times to the same places, one time to kill twenty X enemies, other time to kill...
I simply can't stop playing it. I'm actually here right now just because I had to recharge my 3DS.
You clearly put the emphasis in the wrong place. The Steam part was just to say how I learned that it was exclusive to Origin, not that I only buy games on Steam. I also buy games on Nuuvem, GOG... The problem is the "exclusive to Origin" part.
I don't trust EA to the point of buying a game from them. Remember that we don't really own a game when buying from places like Origin and Steam. The day the service is closed, we will lose our games. And I don't ...
I don't like any of EA's franchises (that I can remember) so the last EA game I looked there (that was coincidentally Dragon Age 2) was still there when it was released.
I decided to trust the reviews and buy this game. But when I didn't find it on Steam and learned that it's exclusive to Origin, I gave up on buying it.
I would ban it for being exclusive to Origin.
"Super Smash Brothers 12, Donkey Kong 10, Mario 27 etc."
Meanwhile, Sony and Microsoft fans are super excited for Call of Duty 14, Assassin's Creed 7, Final Fantasy 15...
Wrong post...
I don't know, maybe it's because I don't really like Sony consoles, but I didn't see anything surprising or that justifies having this event instead of just releasing the videos on the internet. I mean, for people who like to play demos and could be there it probably was worth it, but it's not my case.
