Microsoft doesn't care, only that they can smirk they've taken something of great value from Sony. They didn't even have the integrity to say "Ya know what, we know this is a big deal for Sony and out of respect for them, we're not going to license a publish for this on Xbox." It's kind of like that time somebody wanted to out Coca Colas recipe and Pepsi called it in to Coke to let them know so Coke sued them. As for Nintendos worst nightmare arriving? Now he'...

He sure sounds like a political individual, guess business and politics really aren't that different. "We failed, we lost you --our investors -- lots of money." Ands that's it. Excuse after excuse but I guess investors don't care because they make so much money anyway, that it's just throw away money. Clearly not people that invest through Edward Jones because I've talked to people who are furious EJ does so poorly and are ready to leave. Investors for EA clearly...

Well, they are, sucks to be them. Might as well finish the game to save grace.

Doubtful. Wishful thinking from an Xbot in denial that can't bear to see a shakey Microsoft fall. This is fear.

Jaffe only develops on PlayStation, no chance in hell you'll see his game on Xbox. I think he has respect for Nintendo but a loyalty to Sony. I doubt he has any respect for Microsoft. Microsoft have no idea what they want. They're wishy-washy, they end up just going along with Sony than going their own way, and while Jaffe is about making money, Microsofts deep pockets probably piss him off. Jaffe developed for Sony in the days where you worked and tested a perfect game and earned dev...

Nice! That's what Jaffe is best at and you know Sony will back him.

Sounds like wishful thinking from a fanboy that fears defeat, if you ask me. Sony isn't necessarily focused on power, if that was the case they'd have gone after Xbox One X to combat that.
You're also spouting off requests for power and visual fidelity, surprising, over performance. Your requests cost $$, remember part of what got Microsoft in trouble this gen and Sony last gen? That's right. Xbox One X is still expensive and Most Powerful Console isn't slingshoti...

What did all that mindless babble mean? Bayonetta is coming back to Xbox and PlayStation then?

People just don't think. Microsoft orders a game developed, sends in their suits to dictate it's development, and then order the developer to create small content to sell as DLC and microtransactions. On top of that, developers are pretty much forced to use services like Live. Sony must be doing something right because God of War and Spider-man are doing phenomenal and The Last of Us Part II is looking poised to do the same because gamers, just like when they were a kid and daddy tuck...

Does that mean Ellie isn't gay anymore?

Is it really the Definitive Version on an inferior console? Ah, marketing.

2513d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Yup, Naughty Dogs offered him a lot more money, he's not wanting to get distracted, The Last of Us holds more clout and fame than a tiny little text adventure.

Well, they tapped the wrong nerve 1) Microsoft is speaking in hypocrisy so they should have said "like us, Google are going to need games" and 2) Be careful what you say to Phil Harisson. You notice how Sony are remaining quiet? Because they know Harissons skill in finding developers. Microsoft right now are like the dog being backed in the corner, they've got nowhere to go so all they can do is choose to nip back to try and find a way to slink out. Don't go pointing fingers...

Ass is in the Bible but the Bible teaches it's a serious sin to take the name of God in vain, far heavier price then even the f-bomb "Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain for I will not hold him blameless who taketh my name I'm vain". That it includes God as his title. No Oh my.... Thank.... I swear to......... Damn it, holy.... Holy mother of.... It's all included, yelling it or not. Man can get to heaven saying the f-bomb over and over, but use the ...

Not really. Neat Sony is doing VR and that's it's successful, neat Nintendo took the Google Cardboard route, but ridiculously priced for recycled paper (overpriced), and Xbox for once are going their own way. I don't really respect Microsoft but they have my respect that for once there not shadowing Sony, ya have to respect that. Microsoft are known for the Ballmer effect "if we can't beat em, they'll copy them".

A Twitter post is what we're supposed to go off of? What a waste of time. Care to explain why? This is a credible as little green men in flying saucers.

Sick of hearing this. What developer is this and I'll be sure not to buy his games. I'm tired of this flooding the news and hope Sony refuses to budge, confident--not concerned -- that their service is sufficient and that their developers can stand the test of time to draw in consumers through finding, encouraging, developing, and promoting more studios. Acquire Quantic Dream already, knock on Insomniacs door again, and convince Kojima further of why PlayStation is the best place to p...

Um, because Mario Maker is a ripoff of LittleBIGPlanet, how do people not get that, you thought that was Nintendo innovation? Casual gamers wouldn't know but a core would.

Insomniac Games has talent but Ted Price? Not so smart. He shouldve been pushing for an acquisition by Sony but he left to do Sunset Overdrive, that was a good game, but gone about the wrong way. You don't tell everyone it's about owning the IP, then go to Microsoft exclusively, then tell everyone when they ask about a sequel it's up to Microsoft. When they remade Ratchet and Clank, well, it sold better than Sunset Overdrive did AND THEN Sony asks them to do Spider-man and it'...
