They were getting whatever they wanted from ZeniMax anyway, I dont see a difference in funding. Good for Microsoft. I, personally, am not a fan of most of the studios acquired by Microsoft. I was never really an Elder Scrolls fan myself. Id Software is a big purchase for them if Carmack stays in the driver seat with his co-founder but if they leave, Id is just gonna be a shadow of its former self. Sony doesnt have to port them, if the console market dies, Sony now knows theres a market for it when it comes to that, but their consoles are selling well, softwares selling well, and the PC gamer will always be there if consoles die, otherwise, exactly, Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo, just manufacture your own hardware for gamers preference and then just release your games on all platforms......
Then what has Microsoft done? The ONLY reason Minecraft exists outside of Microsoft is because it was already that way before Microsoft bought em and fans were already attatched, multiplatform was a packaged deal.

Uh, I worked a job where I traveled the most tercherous of roads, one job I was required to drive 13 hours during the dead of winter, I slid off the road spinning two times before ending up in the median and after I got myself together, continued and still had a job I had to be to.
