Okay, this writer is clearly an idiot. First off, he knows nothing about the technology and cannot even understand how R&C: Rift Apart was the main game in this showcase that demonstrated how powerful the PS5's SSD truly is. This is garbage through and through from this website.
I think the HD Camera and the DualSense will what we use with the PS5's VR but the headset will cross over. I think the Aim Gun will work on PS5 (see the color theme?) but I expect Sony to announce new VR controllers (maybe with a PSVR HD headset sometime before the holidays.
I'd swap BOTW with OoT but I agree that Wind Waker is the best; at least IMO.

PS5 has Pixar-like games that I am excited about. Reminds me of my childhood to see cartoon mascots returning. Not everything has to be ultra realistic. Kena and Ratchet are definitely killer apps for me.

I thought their looks was just a mix of BOTW's moblin troops and the Tikihead from Crash. "Tribal" is not a color; it is a theme. Now I feel like we are going to allow that 1% to ruin everything for everyone. Outrage and cancel culture will be the death of art.
Both Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Ratchet & Clank: Rift/Apart look incredible. Insomniac's acquisition was an incredible move by Sony. That is a team that delivers!

I haven't bought a game disc in years so I am thinking about going all digital. The DE console looks better but I want to see more before I decide. I sometimes pull out old blurays/DVDs still for movies.
BOTW was an ugly, barren wasteland, empty of life, story, dungeons, and anything that made it feel like Zelda. The climbing mechanics weren't some revolutionary feature either. I don't geget the praise. I beat it with over 100 hours put in. What a carrot on the stick of a letdown. The comparison needs to stop. Horizon was more of a Zelda than BOTW could hope to be.
Is this a full game or more of a FIRST LIGHT (ala inFAMOUS) in terms of stand-alone? It looks incredible and I am excited to get this day one. I loved Spider-Man and that was a platinum trophy worth tackling.
I'm sure it'll get a handful of special designs. I like the Digital Edition more but I also want the drive.
