Its not just the emotional impact, fully body scans in Papers Please was part of the gameplay as it showed if a person was carrying weapons or lying about their gender etc
Out of interest, does anyone know what happens when you scan someone and have nudity off? I guess it just censors out their junk but then how would you be able to tell if they were lying about their gender?
Not a bad port, a bad comparison. They just took a couple of images of the intro cutscene and made out the entire thing looks better on PS4.
Its simply not true. In game is noticeably better on PC judging by what has been officially released so far by Konami.
Although I (think) its only going to look better if you have Nvidia hardware as the extra features are exclusive to Nvidia GPUS... I could be wrong there though.
Whatever the case happens to be, ...
Don't fall for that crap. They just want people to pre order their game. If you get it within the first month, you'll more than likely get the demo.
Or better than that, don't buy a game you don't want just to play a demo for a game you do. Remember when demos were free to everybody who wanted to try a game before they bought it? Yeah, those were good times.
This though, I just simply can not support and I don't mean to tell anyone what to do wit...
You would have still got the demo if you would have kept that pre order. Its in all of the first batch of copies of the game, if you pre order or buy it in store on day one or within the first week at least, you would get the demo.
Still, probably for the best that you cancelled if your entire reason for buying the game was just to get a demo for FF15 out of it.
I only watched the keynote, in which Uncharted 4 was the best thing they showed IMO. It was a good event and I hope it becomes an annual thing from here on out.
In my opinion instead of paying a shed load of money to get these third party exclusive sequels and peeing off gamers, what MS, Sony and even Nintendo should be doing is looking at games that are already out on other platforms like PC and go about getting those developers to bring those games to their console instead. Get it out to more gamers, not less.
Imagine games like Wreckfest, the new Ghost In The Shell FPS game, ARMA, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Asseto Corsa (Sony could use...
Yeah. I can say its sad that so many of these have been ebayed but at the same time, if I had one, I would definitely think about it... That's a lot of money for what is at the end of the day, just a PlayStation 4.
EDIT - for perspective, there is a "Buy it now" one on Ebay UK for £3,850. PS4 costs around £300 I believe... That's quite a mark up lol
All the people above already talking about Frames Per Second and performance...
Anyway, GT on PS4, much like all the biggest PS4 exclusives, have not even been announced officially yet and are probably still about two years away from release at the very least.
I say this with any PS4 exclusive, nice, I'll get it when it eventually comes out. In the meantime, there's plenty of other good alternatives to play right now.
Seems like at this point any exclusivity deal makes a difference.
If there's even ONE game exclusive to a platform right now, its worth taking notice of and potentially buying that system over the other one. Because most of the biggest games are multiplatform anyway.
Rumour has it they are discontinuing some of the amiibos already as well.
I can understand the ammibos but to discontinue the Gamecube adapter would be a bit silly. I was going to get mine in January.
Not a problem, Nintendo, plenty of other companies are more than happy to take my money if you don't want it :D
Not Wii U. It's PS4 console exclusive, but its coming to PC as well.
Except its not exclusive to PS4. Its coming to PC as well.
No it's not. They are making Bully 2 first.
(I have no basis for saying this, I'm just going to keep saying it until it is a thing that exists)
Yep. I replayed Toy commander recently (worth hunting for a copy if you haven't played it yet) and had a great time. But jeez the machine is loud. I thought it was scratching the disc at first :D
That's my problem with a Crash Bandicoot return it needs to be 25 levels and 5 bosses across 5 warp rooms and five additional levels in a secret warp room.
None of this open world stuff, I'd just want classic gameplay.
In fact I think I'd prefer a remake of the first three games (and Wrath of Cortex, that game was so close to being good it's almost painful)
No. The potential is there though. At this point if Sony can just get a ton of good exclusives out while adding features via firmware updates then it possibly will be.
If it is, it won't feel like it is until a good few years time. I pretty much only play exclusives on consoles these days and right now the Wii U is the one to get in that regard.
I want to know how it has suddenly become a thing here in the UK now too.
Interesting read though, that picture was hilarious.
Yeah. Even Far Cry 4 isn't working on my PC. I apparently need to manually delete a corrupted file in the game folder and use UPlay to re-download and fix the file (I've only just discovered this after a week of having the game and not being able to play it, going to try tomorrow).
As much as I want The Crew to be good, I don't think it will be. Didn't even bother entering the PS4 beta I got a code for. I'm really not expecting much from this, if it even w...
internet goes out, play in offline mode. Servers go down, play in offline mode. Licenses, its tied to your account.
At least that's how it works on PC anyway, offline mode is exactly the same except for obviously online features and cloud saves, the single player remains the same...
