Yeah the competition is a good thing, I doubt BF3 would be looking half as good as it does if COD were not around.
I am buying COD and I hate it, but it is fun to play when all my friends are on it too! I can not stand it as a game to play generally though, constant disconnects and stuff just irritate me to no end >.>. Actually it would be pretty good, if I could you know, play a game without the host rage quitting, or the server disconnecting for no apparent reason.
I dunno, I am a big Disney nut too, but even I can not condone buying this one.
The rides are presented as mini games loosely themed on the rides, the only other thing to do is roam around (which you can do in Google Earth) and collect autographs.
It does seem to be a very accurate rendition of DisneyLand. However that also baffles me a bit too, this would have been better IMO if it was Disney World instead of DisneyLand... they could have sold Epcot as DLC that way t...
Yeah Tomb Raider generally was quite a difficult game in retrospect. I remember really caring about not dying in that game as well, because you could only save at certain points using save crystals, and they were considerably spaced from the previous one. They were like puzzle-platforming and action.
Then Tomb Raider Legend came out and that had autosaving, linear paths and QTE but it was still a good action game.

I dont consider it milking the franchise at all. I would be delighted if another god of war game were to be announced, and I imagine a lot of XBOX gamers were happy to see Halo 4 announced.
The games are popular, but also good so as gamers you should be happy to play more of these great established franchises.
The only series I really do think is being milked at this point is Call of Duty, because the games have been slowly declining in quality since COD4 and I think ...
Yes you are right, we are too busy with our exclusives to care, not about Skyrim, that game is great, but timed DLC... You bet I would rather have a game like Uncharted 3 over that.
No lol, I was going to buy it before I knew about any DLC, so I will still buy it even if the DLC is going to a different console.

Very cool, I never have bought a collectors edition for any game, but if there is one that could change that, it is this one. Shame that the EU one is more expensive, thats really the only things stopping it from being a definite purchase from me.
But ah well, I still am so very much looking forward to the game.
