It really is the Call of Doggie Dog.

I'll give you that but what is interesting is that most of the things in the top ten (6/10) are PS products for this list.

Not looking good. Feels like they are still going ahead with their policies.

Sad really. As much as gamers don't like it a lot of xbox fans will still buy it.

Gone will be the good old days where you just buy a game, a complete one at that, pop it in and play.

Gone will be the days you buy a game and you own it completely and do whatever you want with it be it give it away to family and friends like you can do with any other product you ...

Great. Another brain washed idiot. You still need fast broadband as i have said you idiot. The article didn't explain any details as well.

Stop doing drugs. It's bad for you.

4693d ago 6 agree5 disagreeView comment

Your argument falls apart because not everyone will have fast broadband which this tech will need.

Basically what will happen then is MS will forgo the segement of the gaming market that don't have fast or even standard broadband. Do you see this happening?.

You do know the speed next gen console handle data transfer internally right?. lol!.

Dude. MS really has done a number on you.

Man. The level of brain wash MS put on you is astounding.

With Gakai we have seen what is possible. This is not a new concept at all. What is funny is MS and some xbox fans seeing it as something new.

In the future we could see a dumb terminal as console with the horsepower done from the could like a virtilized console. In I.T we have virtulized servers and PC for ages.

What this will mean is that the virtilised console is scalable and you don't really need to upgrade the hardware because its done software from ...

They were told to wait for the 21st. So now they have to wait for E3?.

Your name should be failed logic.

4693d ago 21 agree1 disagreeView comment

21st was the day everyone hoped they MS would address the rumors that were swirling around. It was also the day people expected MS to show new games.

None of it happened. Instead the press got interviews from TOP MS officials that sort of confirmed the rumors were infact true or partially true.

So how is this the medias fault?.

The media as a result of incoherent response from MS have tried to probe and find the infomration for the people. T...

It looks really good to me. Getting it at launch.

Should be really good. Too many games to buy come launch. I am looking at least 5 games.

In order of priority.

1. Drive Club
2. Watch Dogs
3. Infamous
4. KZSF
5. Knack

Knack is for me and the kids to play.

Yes it nothing new and not really reverent from a game development point of view as devs will not be able to use it becuuse it will not be stanadrd

Karma for making fun of when sony showed the games but not the console which BTW is way more important than showing the box but not the games.

Again as i said then. It was the games shown that mattered. Not the any box. In fact the spec sheet is even more imporatnt than the box. Hell even the remote controller is more important than the box.

4694d ago 3 agree1 disagreeView comment

So devs are going to develop a cloud version and a offline version?.

I don't get the point of this.

Fast internet is not standard for future x1 owners.

It's like non standard HD this gen for the x360. Devs could't actually use it as standard because it was not standard.

4694d ago 22 agree2 disagreeView comment

Yes start with KZSF

4694d ago 35 agree4 disagreeView comment

Nah you don't get it.

Money is being shifted around with more now going from the consumers to the retailers towards the publishers.

You just don't see it because MS have packaged it very nicely to fool you.

There is no new revenue stream. The money does not just come out of thin air to cover for the extra cost towards paying this.

What will happen is that retailers will just offload part if not all the cost to consume...

So basically the publisher will get money the first time a game is sold and then also get more money after the game is resold and so on and so on. Basically we don't outright own the game as the publisher still has right to it. Goodbye rights.

Lovely for them. Ok can we get new games back down to $50 then?. Who here honestly thinks these greedy bastards will lower the game prices for us gamers once this system is in place?.

Man, this is like Toyota gettin...

You feel sorry for big publishers like EA and Acti that are rolling in money?.

These measures gives them more power at the expenses of gamers and little devs.

4694d ago 9 agree2 disagreeView comment

How with no games?. Sony have the talent to keep making games for the PS3.

The x1 does not even have enough from what we have seen so how are they going to get games on the x360 for the next 5 years?.

4694d ago 13 agree2 disagreeView comment

Err no. Sony have always added other functionality to their console every successive generation. I remember playing VCD on PS1 and DVD's with the PS2. They were just added bonus from using tools that were needed for gaming.

The key difference though is that Sony have always prioritized the gaming aspect. It's why their console have always been made specifically to enhance gaming. It is why they have amassed the biggest gaming library and development studios since PS1....
