Good news. Bad Company 2 is still a great game after all these years. Wish a lot of people still played 2142.
Lol no one's even gonna notice any of these skins while playing, since the game's MP is a constant cluster**** (at least when you finally find other people.) The people who *do* notice them won't give a flying shit about them. The asking price is a joke as well.
Nothing special about this... Gaming is so common and so mainstream now that it's not even cool to give people flak for playing games anymore. Even all the "casuals" are still gamers. It's rare to find some commoner with a smartphone or tablet that /doesn't/ play games.
Kinda sad to see it go like this. Resistance 3 just didn't sell that well (apparently), even though it was a very solid game. That botched Vita entry didn't help anything, and seemed to be the final nail in the coffin.
Hope Insomniac makes a comeback, because Fuse was an embarrassment. Whether it's a new Resistance or a new IP, I hope they can get their shit together.
Compare & contrast JPEG with PNG. PNG is completely uncompressed and has larger file sizes, whilst JPEG is compressed to allow for smaller file sizes, for quicker downloads. A PNG file will maintain all of the original information in an image to ensure 100% quality, while a JPEG will "cheat" and maintain an overall decent representation of the original image.

X-Ray as in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. engine? Hell yeah man, to this day, the X-Ray engine has the best lighting I've ever witnessed in a game. Baffles me how so few games even today can match it. X-Ray looks insane when you start adding mods to it as well.

Multi-plats aren't always better on PC. Remember GTA IV? That game was poorly optimized regardless of what platform you played it on. The first Dark Souls was a terrible PC port. The latest Need For Speed game on PC committed several cardinal sins that should never appear on a PC game. Saints Row 2's PC was a buggy, broken mess. It took the effort of the community itself to fix that game.
