Very nice Dan Houser, don't go to cinema crowds to get new fans, make the cinema crowd come to you.
A type of Anti-Anonymous group. Someone to protect the people.
Since 07, I always buy new games. It's different when you know people in the industry, you get to see the human factor. If I support a game, I buy it new. I don't want anymore Pandemic or OddWorld Inhabitants closings. I love diversity in the industry. The fewer the developers, the fewer the diversity in genres. I don't want nothing but FPS. And to be fair, I have a job, so price isn't really an issue.
It comes off very uninformed to believe that 2 Discs equate a longer experience. ME2 and DS2, 2 discs, but their experiences were so much more dynamic than that of their predecssor. I would not say two discs automatically mean a longer experience, but perhaps a larger one. ME 1 might have been the longer game, but there was so much thrown into ME2; the planets very actually diverse, more characters, explosions, etc. Hell, games like Oblivion and Dragon Age Origins are 1 disc and they are much...
Amen!!!
"Battlefield 3 campaign will be more scripted, less sandbox style"
If you are referring to the actual in-game, then I am really excited. I will take scripted, in-game events over cutscenes anyday; no broken immersion or momentum.
Is that the same shirt?
Jesus, were only three games in!!!
Don't get me wrong, I love Heavy Rain, but it is not as revolutionary as it is made out to be. The adventure genre has existed for a while, its just become a rare occurance.
People who bring up this point always seem to forget that there were Fell Beast. Always.
Regardless, all these articles lately are really making me expect BIG things from 343. Hopefully they don't disappoint. I think the next Halo game needs an atmosphere with it. I think that was what Reach was lacking. Halo 3 felt like an event, Reach didn't. I mean seriously, you spend $1 Billion on advertising for Phones and Kinect? Throw a little towards your biggest franchise's new "birth." Treat it like a movie, just without the movie.
Amen. No such thing as "too long" these days.
Ofcourse, medium doesn't decide quality.
This is a great day. We have come so far and yet I feel we have still further to go.
Too many black and white choices. Life isn't really like that.
at times...
It's all about marketing.
I am really enjoying the serious tone they are bringing in.
Not KotOR, TOR.
I don't want a "playable movie." I want interactive cinematic entertainment. There is a difference.
