No, the focus is very much still the consoles when it comes to a release. Hell, look at DCU Online, it has the only on Playstation tagline, we all know thats not the case. Exclusives these days can be summoned up with "its either going to this console, or the other one. Not both." Why do you think cases now say "Only on Xbox 360 and Windows?" Times have changed, exclusive doesn't mean what it used to.
