Friends, achievements etc all carry over.. The expanded friends list doesn't apply to 360..
And all mn ever said was he wasn't sure if cross chat was possible.. Since the one is using Skype and 360 isn't, that's not a shocker.. Although a bummer, but it gives us a much better quality chat channel so its a fair trade off IMO.

They are the top service of streaming games.. That's it. In scope and scale, the azure cloud dwarfs gaikai. Their entire service was bought for half of Microsoft's expansion of ONE data center.

Who ever said what you get with PS+ for the ps4? They currently give you games that are a year or two old and aren't selling anymore. Not a dig at the games themselves but thats a fact.
They aren't going to be giving you new ps4 games and there are no older games to offer.. All that's left are demos and indies they have bought outright to offer customers..

Cloud computing does the calculations in the cloud and sends the results to the console.. Its a data stream comparable to the traffic you send a host while playing cod for example.. Its 1s and 0s.. Not textures and video
For me, Xbox offers more.
I think the cloud and kinect offer some cool possibilities. And $100 is nothing once you factor in the type of money you'll typically spend over the life of the console.
