The problem I see is people consistanty think cloud computing is some massively bandwidth intensive process.. It isnt.
Simply put.. Say I want to divide something crazy like..

Now crunching those numbers takes power. But sending the problem and receiving the answer are simple and basic..
That's what the cloud does.. Its not streaming a 2gb video.. Its doing the math its sent and sending back res...
Probably a bit higher on the 360 side..
2 consoles..3 controllers and kinect.. And probably 30-40 games and 4-5 season passes..

Gaming is expensive.. I thought about this today, my 360 has run me ~$1500 and my ps3 about $1000 simply due to number of games bought, accessories etc..

Its included with every console and not sold separately.. The obvious reason is there is more in the kinect casing then a camera.. System level functionality.. To save space in the Xbox itself for cooling reasons..
