You do know that AAA has more to do with the overall promotion and budget as well as the quality, right? And it doesn't take a crystal ball to figure out that every game on the list is going to be treated as a AAA game from their respective publishers, developers, and console makers.
I agree with the list but I would have replaced HALO ODST with Mass Effect 2.
If the Silver accounts could play online then the Gold accounts would be moot. And thusly, as MS can afford to maintain the high standard of LIVE through the paid Gold membership. Otherwise, 360 users would have limited functionality so no, I don't agree that Silver should be able to play online. The day I feel like my $3.84 a month seems like a waste, then I'll agree.
I got my copy at a Gamestop at midnight, but here's something you need to understand about midnight launches...They cost money. If the store is in a mall, they have to pay the mall X amount to stay open late which covers the extra security. Then there is the electricity bill and the staffing. For a store to stay open for a midnight launch, it has to be a profitable launch. This is based on pre-orders. If a game has a lot of pre-orders, they'll do it. If it doesn't, they won't. For whatever re...
See, what you don't get is that it's not just the manager...It's all the employees and the district manager. Way too many people's jobs involved for it to be true.
Body Count is boring anyway. MP is always better with objectives.
Reason #10000000000 is because of BS stories?
Everything you just said is why I don't believe the story. If he had a receipt they would do the exchange. If he was trying to return it for a refund, then no matter what, with or without a receipt, it's not gonna happen.
And I also don't believe for one second that ANY Gamestop would break street date. First of all, the store doesn't call and say the game is available, it's an automated call, and it NEVER calls before the day before the game will be available for pick up. In thi...
My "idiotic" post? You're the idiot that thinks it's not WIDELY known by the authorities that people trade in stolen goods. As long as the person doesn't admit it's stolen, there is NOTHING anyone can do about it. If someone trades in a stolen system, GS keeps track of all the serial #s. If the police come there they get the system back as evidence. Gamestop will NEVER be held accountable for people trading in stolen merchandise because that is part of pawn shop law.

It gives gamers a goal. The trick is balance. In COD 4 you have access to some of the best guns in the game from the get go. I'm really good with the MP5 as well as the P90. Some people aren't good with either. This what balance does. I NEVER use the 3 grenade perk, instead opting for bandoleer, but again, learning how to counter is is balance and that can only happen with a good balance system in place.
I've yet to encounter any boosters on KILLZONE 2 but I recall them in Rainbo...
I've had no problems getting online and I will tell you that I'm not of a fan of PSN but I've been having a blast.
If a game doesn't work Gamestop will exchange it for the same item. Period. I worked there and this is not a store by store basis. This is the RETURN POLICY printed on the receipt and on their monthly book for sales numbers and such.
If this guy couldn't return the game it's because he didn't have receipt because it's impossible for any Gamestop to sell a VERY advertised street dated game early. This isn't a case like Wal-mart where the goons don't know any better. This is a comp...
Actually I don't but I can't stand that part because someone ALWAYS f@#*s it up by hanging back.
So this sucks...I'm getting the game Friday then I'm moving to LA on Saturday and won't have my TV or internet for about 2 weeks...Shiiite
The only glitch I used was in No Mercy between the 1st and 2nd safe house in the area where you have to hit the button to have the lift lift you to the roof/awning...If you went to the steel doors directly across from it you can melee it until it breaks, by passing a whole annoying horde section...I wonder if they fixed it.
Well that was the dumbest thing I've ever read. How about some scuba gear that doesn't have air? A bullet-proof vest without the Kevlar? A razor without the blades?
Wasn't a fan of the first one but a year after the first one? Pretty bad idea.
Actually they wouldn't have to any of that....It would just require more than one disc, which is extremely doable due to the 5 act structure of the game. Please don't delude yourself into thinking it was anything as noble as keeping the game "everything it can be". It was $$$ and that's it.
Self respect? Again I ask what makes it ok for Konami to ignore the 360 with an entire game, but Bethesda is "disrespecting" you by not releasing this content on your console of choice?
If ANYONE used common sense (not sure why it's called "common sense" when so few people have it), logic and rationale, Fanboys wouldn't exist.
People are saying ridiculous things like "I've lost respect for Bethesda" and are protesting because of something as trivial as mission packs, but yet Komani is revered for keeping MGS 4 as a PS3 exclusive?
People are saying things like "it sold over a million copies for PS3, that's a lot of people being ignored" and yet MGS 4 would have sold well over that on 360 and this is ok?
Microsoft, Rockstar and Bethesda are evil for making a deal for kee...
It's free for PC gamers because gaming has always been that way. To introduce a fee after years of it being free is commericially stupid. I have no problem paying, again $3.84 a month for a service that I see no real flaws with in terms of what I want from it.
