I did read the article, it's ONE game in Europe. Nintendo couldn't make cross buy work from WiiU to 3DS but the ability to do so is being worked on. Nothing here about Virtual Console games, other devs joining in on this, if/when Nintendo itself will do this with their games, just that this Dev is doing this promotion with their game. I'll be excited when real news comes up but this just isn't that exciting yet.
