I hope a lot of games start doing tweaks like this server side. Only the big additions and DLC should be done in patches.
Phil Harris should have just said, "I have no clue." I hope this rumor is false, but wouldn't be surprised if it's true. But, ReSpawn has a lot of time to improve the graphics engine before the games release. As long as when it releases on the PS4 it's 1080p/60fps I'll be happy.

Well technically that always can change, depending on what the developer has rights to. For example the original Mass Effect was published by M$ Studios back in 2007. Which was later ported to the PS3, by Edge of Reality Studios/EA.
Yes it's rare, but it sometimes happens. But on topic if you didn't know TF wasn't coming over to PS4 then you don't know EA. EA is about all about $$$$.
From what I've seen is it's just body paint/skins, wheels and your license plate. I said in another article I think GTA5 has more customization in it.

I have been waiting for a sequel to RDR. I need to skin a bobcat again. After it's success, I figured RockStar would have quickly released a 2nd installment. Hopefully, it will be even bigger than GTA5 on next-gen consoles.

Based on this interview I don't think we'll be seeing female characters in BF4. Maybe in BF:BC3.
Just an observation but, I don't see anywhere in that article that mentions another console. There wasn't even a mention of next-gen vs current gen. Could it be that they were saying the PS4 version would have better wind and water effects?

Nope, I don't think they have ever showed the XBone version gameplay. I believe we have only been viewing PC & PS4 footage and of late mainly PS4.
