He wanted to make his stance know. I did have to laugh at "Nintendo's brute force," that part had me cracking up.
On topic, most people (myself included) would want the version with extra content. Others will pick on platform preference like TriForce.
I don't know, while the new equipment in BF4 makes sniping easier per say. I think sniping in BC2 and BF3 had better mechanics.
I've just been using the Carbines & RFB's for my Recon kit instead of the actual sniper rifles. I'd rather be the one getting u close and personal shooting you or taking that campers tags.
That's why I can't wait to get my hands on this one it's the Strider from the days of Genesis.
@ creeping judas
It is small compared to what The Crew seems to be offering.
But, who cares about the size of the world? Give me back my customization from the NFS Underground ERA (Underground 1 & 2, Carbon, the original Most Wanted and ProStreet). GTA5 probably has more vehicle customization than this game. What's NFS without driving around in a tricked out street racer? Exactly, almost every other racer, but with cops. Happy that The Crew will have veh...
It's amazing how good GT6 looks, it pretty much looks like a next-gen game. Which is shocking since it's a current gen title versus next-gen titles. If they ever made a PS4 HD update for GT6 it would be AMAZING.
@ArchangelMike
That's because the skyscraper is a set piece of levolution. The other maps with multiple floors are like BF3 with 3 floors.
I could see what additional floors could do for that part of the map, if implemented correctly. Maybe have a firefight below the roof of the skyscraper and battle to the top floor.
As far as the beta being crap, I believe console players like with BF3 are playing an E3 build. If you look at the PC beta, it&...
@ gaelic_laoch
Well technically BC2:Vietnam was an expansion pack and not DLC. But I agree it was awesome all the little details they squeezed into it was amazing.
@ snipab8t
I couldn't agree with you more, those were the days. Now a days they lock parts of the game behind code and then unlock it on relase day and call it DAY1 DLC.
Well you must not like the beta!!!
Honestly, the story this time around doesn't seem too bad from what I've read, so I'll give it a shot.
You forgot that Beyond 2 Souls is about to drop also. That game might give TLOU a run for it's money. I really can't wait to see what Sony's 1st Party Studios can do with the PS4.
It's always great news when a 3rd party publisher let alone a great Indie studio gives you praise.
@Kal853
I'm with you there, I am praying that BioWare doesn't let me down. So far the only thing I don't like about DA3 is that you're going to be commander of the forces. I would have preferred the Inquisitor, to not be the leader of the forces and just be sent on missions to fulfill the ultimate quest. But I am optimistic and hope this game turns out to be even better than DA:O.
Well we know the next-gen versions won't be running at 1080p, last DICE reported. Since I'll be getting a PS4 at launch and love the BF series, I would love it to be at least running at 900p @ 60fps.
This and Rime are my most wanted Indie games.
I think if you're on top of the skyscraper you should be able to free-fall, instead of the black hole effect.
Here is why it's not a big deal. Honestly, disc based games wont be going anywhere for at least another 10-12 yrs if not longer. M$ was crazy trying to force that down the throats of gamers. 9 out of 10 Sony thought about it and said no, not a smart business move. Publishers realize not everybody in the world has internet access why try to miss out on the possible revenue.
@Aleious
I have been saying that from the start. Titanfall is being published by EA. EA is just too greedy and like the smell of money. They don't make console exclusives. It will probably make it's appearance on the PS4 in 2015.
I am pretty sure it's going to be interesting since both are new IP's. But, I think Destiny might edge out Titanfall in the BEGINNING only because it's on 1 more platform.
I will mainly be picking up retail versions personally. But, I mean is that right? It took me 15 minutes to download & install the 1.7GB BF4 beta yesterday with my slow AT&T connection. So if my math is right it would roughly take me 7.4 hours to download 50GB's. That's not to mention I can remotely tell my PS4 what I want to download via an app while I'm at work.
Stop making a big deal over the small stuff.
@ reko
That can't be possible, your joking right? I am just asking because I haven't seen any news about that.
I wish I was at the EB Expo, I mainly want to get my hands on the DS4, play KillZone SF, oh and see if DriveClub actually has customization.
Well considering Beyond hasn't released yet not surprised.
The Last of Us has my vote.
BATTLEFIELD all day everyday is the clear winner.
I agree with the article to me the multiplayer for COD is an arcade shooter vs BF which is all out warfare. I don't know, COD's formula has pretty much been the same for the last 5 games. BF is constantly trying to improve the game (both SP & MP), meaning they aren't resting on what they've built and are hungry. This makes BF the clear winner to me.
I believe it I do the same thing. I'll be there for the SP and then back over to BF4 for both SP & MP.
